Race 1: Wacky Pal (#1)
The 99 TimeformUS Speed Figure that he earned in his debut is one of the highest numbers in this field.
Never had a chance last time when badly steadied in traffic twice during the stretch drive.
Has a right to move forward when back on a truly firm turf course in his second start off the layoff.

Trainer: Kathleen O’Connell
Date: June 21, 5th
Finish: 3rd by 12 3/4
Beyer: 43
She was a remote third here but was against the race flow and bias, as the front-runners held the edge. Will make her next start for trainer Trish Farro, who claimed her out of this race.
ELMONT, N.Y. – There will be a pick six carryover of $500,310 into Wednesday’s card at Belmont Park after the wager went unhit for three straight programs.
There was a $128,746 carryover heading into Sunday’s program when bettors poured an additional $651,894 into the pool. Wins by double-digit priced horses Kid Is Frosty ($14.80), Listentoyourheart ($34) and Rinaldi ($23.20) meant there were just two live tickets heading into the final leg of the sequence.
Here’s my analysis and a suggested ticket for the final pick three for Sunday’s racing at Santa Anita.
Race 8
The 1 3/4-mile San Juan Capistrano begins the sequence, and here, given the length of this race, I’ll take a stand by singling Irish-bred Oscar Dominguez (8). His European pedigree should leave him apt to handle the stamina challenge of this marathon contest. Regardless, he is in good form and owns some of the better Beyer Speed Figures in the field.

Blindwillie McTell and Funny Guy have traded decisions in two consecutive New York-bred stakes events. They get a rematch here, but with a twist, as both are making their turf debuts.
Race 5: Newly Minted (#6)
The Pace Projector is predicting that she will be the controlling speed.
Is bred to handle turf as a daughter of Central Banker out of a dam who is a half-sister to multiple turf winner Changewilldoyagood.
Drilled very well on turf June 16, easily outworking her stablemate Blindwillie McTell.
