Spot PlayRECLUSIVE (#3, 6-1) was “given” a race in her debut two back, then was eliminated in her second race by a slow start. Bred for a route of ground, she stretches out in a lackluster maiden-20. Upset chance.
Vulnerable FavoriteTOP KNOT (#8, 7-2) has been favored in three straight maiden-claiming races, and lost all three. Her speed figures are decent, but she cannot be trusted in the lane.- Brad Free Closer Looks >> |

Spot PlayQUIET FORCE (#5, 9-2) finished full of run to win his debut, a turf sprint, here Feb. 23. He wasn’t seen again until Sept. 4 at DMR when despite the layoff, despite routing for the first time and facing winners for the first time he was sent off the 3-1 favorite. However, his race was over at the bell – he got away poorly and was never involved. To his credit he kept to his task and closed ground. Well, now he has a feel for the route, there’s no layoff this time, he’s worked twice since and Bejarano stays with him. -Michael Hammersly The pick six begins with a N1X turf route and a single in TOM’S TRIBUTE (#1, 8-5). His four starts are all super, including a runner-up last out. The three-four finishers behind him returned to win. Standout, low odds.- Brad Free

Spot PlayAlthough INDY POINT and VAGABOND SHOES are logical, the improving allowance horse IRISH SURF (#11, 20-1) can hit the board with a continuation of his upward pattern. - Brad Free Closer Looks >> |

Spot PlayDirt-bred 3yo off long break SOLEMN OATH (#1, 15-1) makes first start on the surface & been working for comeback like he will be ready for something decent off the bench. Closer Looks >> |
