The promising 3-year-old colt Hello Hot Rod was among the noteworthy late supplements to the Fasig-Tipton February sale as he came in off a win in the Jimmy Winkfield Stakes on Jan. 31 at Aqueduct. He was purchased by George Sharp for $335,000 from the consignment of Elite Sales, as agent.
