Preakness: Zito builds his case for Dialed In
Nick Zito’s pockets were overflowing with all manner of paperwork Wednesday morning as if he was putting together a legal brief in the case of The People v. Dialed In. He’s hoping his pockets are overflowing with cash Saturday, following the 136th Preakness Stakes here at Pimlico. Dialed In stands to earn $6.1 million – $600,000 for the winner’s share of the race, plus a $5.5 million bonus – and $500,000 of that bonus money is earmarked for the trainer.
