The California Horse Racing Board on Thursday approved the licenses for six account-wagering companies through the end of January after a two-hour discussion that failed to resolve a litany of concerns.
Trainer Marcial Navarro has been suspended a total of 60 days and trainer Bruno Tessore for 10 days for medication violations, according to rulings issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation earlier this week.
