I like Norm’s Passion. Norm’s Passion comes into Keeneland's 75th Anniversary Stakes off only a maiden win at Del Mar, but that was a decisive score, for which he earned a 90 Beyer.
Apparently, the racing gods have decided it’s quite long enough for Philadelphia and its suburbs not to have had a serious Kentucky Derby contender. That really was Smarty Jones, Afleet Alex, and Barbaro winning five of seven Triple Crown races from 2004 to 2006, coming within two lengths of consecutive Triple Crowns. So, the racing gods have given this 21st century racing mecca Union Rags, the unbeaten winner of the Champagne Stakes.

No Spin earned an 80 Beyer that is competitive with everyone else in Saturday's Champagne Stakes at Belmont Park when fourth last time out in the Arlington-Washington Futurity, and he earned that number despite considerable trouble. He should be a good enough price to make the risk worthwhile.
