Who's Hot After being bubble horses in recent weeks, Stay Thirsty and Archarcharch have both been promoted to the top 20 of Derby Watch. Stay Thirsty, who makes his 3-year-old debut in the Gotham Stakes on Saturday at Aqueduct, is 40-1 on the Kentucky Derby future line set by Mike Watchmaker, Daily Racing Form’s national handicapper. Archarcharch, winner of the Southwest Stakes, is 50-1 on Watchmaker’s line. Soldat, last week’s winner of the Fountain of Youth Stakes, is now 10-1 on Watchmaker’s line after being 20-1 a week ago. Watchmaker also halved the odds on Fountain of Youth runner-up Gourmet Dinner, making him 20-1 from last week’s 40-1. Who's Not To make room for Stay Thirsty and Archarcharch, two horses – Indian Winter and Runflatout – were removed from the top 20. Indian Winter disappointed as the heavy favorite in the Turf Paradise Derby. Runflatout, winner of his lone start, will get a chance to work his way back onto the list when he runs in the San Felipe Stakes at Santa Anita next weekend. To Honor and Serve, 5-1 last week on Watchmaker’s line, floated up to 10-1 after his distant third-place finish in the Fountain of Youth. On the Bubble Flashpoint just failed to make the cut after his runaway victory in the Hutcheson. Astrology continues to wait in the wings. Like Runflatout, he is scheduled to run in the San Felipe.
