Financingavailable's time, 1:09.31, lowered Woodbine's six-furlong Polytrack record by .07 second. It was her first start since she was voted the 2006 Sovereign Award as champion older female in Canada.

Royal Regan upsets in Buckland

Held well back early by jockey Nick Santagata, Royal Regan came charging from last along the outside to pass her seven rivals and win the $60,000 Buckland Stakes at Colonial Downs by 2 1/4 lengths.

Chinchilla also came from the rear of the pack in the 5 1/2-furlong turf race, winding up second, a half-length ahead of Privately Approved.

Who's Happy ups streak in Foxy J.G.

Who's Happy stretched her winning streak to four by running down Holy Christmas for a 1 1/2-length score in the $60,000 Foxy J.G. Stakes at Philadelphia Park.

Who's Happy was reserved early by jockey Oliver Castillo in the 1 1/16-mile Foxy J.G., a mile and 70-yard race for Pennsylvania-bred 3-year-old fillies. She moved up into the second flight between horses nearing the far turn, came four wide into the stretch, then overhauled Holy Christmas in the final furlong for the win.

Invasor turns in quick Suburban work

ELMONT, N.Y. - Invasor turned in a sharp workout Saturday morning in his final drill before the Grade 1, $400,000 Suburban Handicap on June 30 at Belmont Park.

The 2006 Horse of the Year worked in tandem with stablemate Like Now, winner of the 2006 Gotham Stakes, over Belmont's main track. They hit the wire together in 59.47 seconds for five furlongs, the fastest of 29 clockings at the distance.

"He worked with another nice horse and they both went well," trainer Kiaran McLaughlin said. "They started even and Invasor galloped out about a half-length in front of him.

Leonnatus Anteas out of Queen's Plate

ETOBICOKE, Ontario - Leonnatus Anteas, last year's champion 2-year-old in Canada, has been scratched from Sunday's $1 million Queen's Plate at Woodbine because of an infection.

"He has an infection in his pastern" said trainer Kevin Attard. "We've treated it, and he has improved, but not to where he can run. He's at [the University of Guelph Equine Center] so he can get the best care possible and they can stay on top of it."

Nicks steers two toward Summit

The undefeated Don's Boy is headed to the July 7 Summit of Speed at Calder, said his trainer, Morris Nicks. The colt is on deck for the Gradeo2, $300,000 Carry Back after defeating older horses in an allowance sprint at Louisiana Downs on May 26. The Carry Back is for 3-year-olds at six furlongs.

Don's Boy is one of two horses Nicks has for the Summit. Smitty's Sunshine will seek her sixth straight win in the $100,000 Distaff Turf Sprint Handicap.

If they're healthy, Nicks said, "both of them will be there."
