Swiss Wild Cat ($10.60) finished a nose in front of California Nectar, who was a head in front of 5-2 Warren’s Flyer. Those three were well clear of the rest, with Queenie Marini finishing fourth, 8 1/4 lengths behind Warren’s Flyer in the field of eight.
INGLEWOOD, Calif.- La Nez may have redefined her career with a victory in Saturday’s $100,000 California Cup Distaff at Hollywood Park.
Making her first start in a turf sprint, La Nez beat a field of fellow California-bred fillies and mares with little difficulty, outfinishing Perfect Vintage by 1 3/4 lengths. U R All That I Am, the 7-5 favorite, finished a troubled third, after racing in traffic in early stretch.
ELMONT, N.Y. - Thus far, Plan B is working out nicely for Bribon.

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Successful Dan capped a sensational fall meet for trainer Charlie Lopresti and jockey Julien Leparoux when rallying to victory Saturday in the 52nd running of the Grade 2, $150,000 Fayette Stakes on Saturday, closing day of the Keeneland fall meet.

ETOBICOKE, Ontario - Grand Style outlasted a host of 2-year-old fillies Saturday at Woodbine to capture the 65th running of the Princess Elizabeth Stakes, which was essentially a $252,000 maiden race.
There were only two winners in the 10-horse field of Canadian-breds, and they both finished up the track in the mile and a sixteenth route. Grand Style came wide from the back of the first flight, and got home on top by a length and a half, in a time of 1:46.31.
OCEANPORT, N.J. - Teaks North made a smooth transition back to dirt, winning the $70,000 Big Brown Stakes for 3-year-olds by two lengths over Cactus Charlie on Saturday at Monmouth Park.
A perfect ground-saving ride by Jose Valdivia Jr. didn’t hurt either.
Teaks North was back on the main track after three productive efforts on grass. He recorded a pair of wins, including Monmouth’s Restoration Stakes, before heading to Belmont Park and a fifth-place finish in the Grade 1 Jamaica Handicap.
ELMONT, N.Y. - Ramon Dominguez and Our Khrysty came into the Belmont Park stretch looking as though they were going to turn Saturday’s Grade 3, $100,000 Turnback the Alarm Handicap into a laugher.
