Sloppy track? Sure. But Pimlico's late pick four is still playable, with a stand on a non-favorite in the Sir Barton the key:

Race 4
Caitriona (#10)
Bred for turf as a daughter of good grass sire Munnings out of a dam who sports a strong turf pedigree.
Ran better than it seems in her turf debut after getting buried inside behind tiring runners on the turn.
Should appreciate the slight cutback to 6 furlongs.
12-1 on ML
BALTIMORE – Kentucky Derby winner Justify was the even-money favorite as of 6 p.m. Friday in the early Preakness wagering, but there were some strange odds behind him.
Tenfold, fifth in the Arkansas Derby, is a very surprising 2-1 second choice followed by Quip (7-2), Good Magic (9-1), Bravazo (19-1), Sporting Chance (19-1), Lone Sailor (30-1), and Diamond King (70-1).
There was $408,304 wagered in the pool.
Race 4:
Cloud Control (#6)
Participated in an extremely fast early pace last time (indicated by red color-coding in PPs) that fell apart late.
Has run better than it appears in both starts since the claim by Tom Morley.
Should appreciate the turnback to 7 furlongs.
5-1 on ML

I was up to $180 or so in complex pick four tickets, was trying to decide whether it made any sense to even include Justify at all, was tracking through every single race everyone in The Very One had run to see who might handle a turf course that is going to be very, very, very soft. And finally got to the point, especially considering the radically wet conditions that are likely, where it just seemed like a poor idea to get too heavily invested.
The sixth race at Pimlico on Saturday afternoon kicks off a $500,000 guaranteed pick four, featuring two graded stakes races on turf and a non-graded stakes on the main track. Unless you’ve been living under a rock this week, you’re aware that the Baltimore area has been decimated by rain recently, dramatically affecting the main track and the turf course at Pimlico. Here's a preliminary look at the pick four sequence, but it must be stated: this play is subject to change.
Rain has changed the complexion of several races, but there's value to be had in Pimlico's $300,000-guaranteed late pick five. I'll play the "A" ticket twice and use all "A's" with one "B" configuration for a total of $75.
