LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Those trainers who decided to roll the dice and stick with the original plan to work their Kentucky Derby and Oaks prospects on Saturday at Churchill Downs, even in the wake of a gloomy forecast, were rewarded with a fast track throughout the morning as the inevitable showers did not arrive until a couple of hours after training ended.

Our key last week, Road to Success, almost lived up to his name with a gutsy stalking performance that earned him the exacta with the favorite and the trifecta with the second choice, all at generous odds. During the week six BreezeFigs 3-year-olds broke their maidens at Aqueduct (two), Keeneland (two), Penn National  and Santa Anita (BreezeFigs exacta). In addition the huge OBSAPR sale concluded in Ocala and those babies will be getting to the gates soon, so keep a look out for them.
