(2) THISGUYSAROCKSTAR could be the speed of the speed in here and could get the job done if all goes right for this gelding. (5) MR BLISSFUL rallied strongly to nail down the place spot last time out. (7) EVERY INTENTION could be right in the mix late.
Race 2
(1) OPTIMIST BLUE CHIP came close to glory last out and this sophomore trotter now moves to the fence; ready for action. (2) IMHERETOTAKEOVER took them wire to window in his Pompano finale; big threat. (6) FREDDIE MAC closed well to hold the show spot in his latest; watch out.
Race 3
(6) POKERFACE made a middle move at the 3/4 pole but tired in the stretch run; by default she can take this at his best. (1) JK JAZZITUP put in a sharp qualifier at Philly for her 2017 debut; dangerous. (5) DAG INMY STOCKINGS gets a better post to work with and she must be considered in the exotics.
Race 4
(6) PRICELESSPOSSESION leaves the 8-hole and this trotting miss has fine speed; can be ready to greet the cameraman for pictures. (2) MANSWELL gets serious post relief and that should help his cause; maybe. (1) GUARDIAN ANGEL AS Colt is good enough to make some serious noise for his 2017 debut.
Race 5
(2) MINTILISCIOUS showed a good sign of life in his last try. Gelding has every right to put his best foot forward in his third trip here from Ohio. (4) ITRUSTYOU Based on his last third place finish, he is knocking at the door; big threat. (5) COLONIAL ROAD gets some post relief and could have a say in the outcome.
Race 6
(2) STICK WITH ME KID was an easy winner in his first attempt of 2017. Sophomore is in solid form so the double is clearly not out of the question. (7) TRUE MUSCLE has hit the board in her last five tries; contender. (1) JAZEBEL DE VIE closed well for the place spot last time around and now she moves to the rail; not out of this.
Race 7
(1) SEAFOOD MIKE catches a weak group and moves back to the fence so with a well judged drive he could take these to task. (6) BROWN COLOR was sharp for second money recently upstate. (5) THA PIPE FITTA another shipper from Saratoga could make some noise.
Race 8
(6) MARTIAL BLISS was facing Open foes at Plainridge last time around and this pacer does know how to get the job done at the Hilltop; gets the call for win honors. (5) GIDDY UP DELIGHT rallied strong to grab the victory in the first round of the series; dangerous again. (10) PONDEROSITO will be closing late from the 2nd tier.
Race 9
(1) MIDNIGHT DYLAN N Gelding moves now the fence and good to see Brennan sticks with him; the pick. (4) DRUNKEN DESIRE A was sent down the road but was nailed in deep stretch for the score; main danger. (3) EXIT CAM is better than his last flop.
Race 10
(10) ADVENTURE BOUND flashed sharp speed last time out and might have been used up in the early stages. Now the gelding draws the 2nd tier and he has every right to top these at his best. (2) LUCKY MAN 12-year-old veteran was sent down the road for all the glory recently; factor again. (7) ADDWATER fits well in here and he must be considered in all the exotic slots.
Race 11
(7) AGRESTORES COMET was first up at the 3/4 pole but broke when he was turning for home at the Meadowlands last out. Trotter has good tactical speed and if he can stay on gait, he could make tonight a winning one. (2) CENTURION HANOVER gets post relief and that might help his cause; we shall see. (3) ARCHERY is another with the luck of the draw; not out of this.
Race 12
(3) GOLDEN GESTURE just missed the victory in his latest. Gelding appears to be heading in the right direction and could get the job done despite the rise in class. (1) TYLER should improve from the fence; maybe. (2) KIWI IDEAL N was late on the scene to nail down the place spot last time around; watch out.
