Race 1
(3) PEPPER GUY was very wide in his last try to grab the show spot. Gelding is very capable of returning to his winning ways. (4) GERARD N MO just missed glory by 1/2 length recently. (1) LEAR SEELSTER should do much better from the fence.
Race 2
(6) LAUXMONT CAPRI did not fire in his last two tries but he catches a weak group tonight and good to see Brennan is keeping the faith. (4) B SEVENTEEN seems to be knocking at the door based on his last two starts. (3) IN YOUR EYE got the job done in his Monticello finale.
Race 3
(6) BABY REMIND ME moves down in class and she does have the speed to boss these at his best. (3) ROLL WITH ANN was sent down the road last out at Monticello for the victory. (1) SHE SAID gets serious post relief and that should help her cause.
Race 4
(6) ZONE BLITZ Sharp victory last time out for this pacing gelding. Form is sharp to grab another. (5) ABBEYDORNEY could not get past the top pick recently. (2) HEADLIGHTS ON should fare better from the 2-hole.
Race 5
(3) MACH ONE flashed good speed in his last try. If the right trip comes his way he could greet the cameraman for pictures. (4) FULLBACK is knocking at the door based on his last two trips to the post. (1) POINT SOMEWHERELSE did not have enough gas in the tank and he faded to fourth as the chalk last out.
Race 6
(3) OBSCENE BLUE CHIP is on a roll scoring his second straight victory last week and his last trip was sharp; ready for the hat trick. (4) MACH N CHEESE has put in two good efforts in this series. (6) ROCK IT SCOTT Consistent gelding seems to pick up checks.
Race 7
(7) CARRACCI HANOVER made a bad break at the 1/2 mile pole last time around. Seven-year has every right to make a quick turnaround against these. (3) OK FANTASTIC showed good speed but was nailed for win honors last time out. (4) QUICK FUN N seems to be heading in the right direction missing glory by 3/4 length recently.
Race 8
(1) PRETTY BOY SWAG will be tough to beat in here scoring his third straight victory last week. (3) JUSTICE MY WAY gets a good post to work with. (4) HILLBILLY HANOVER moves to Yonkers and that could help his cause.
Race 9
(2) BORDER CONTROL A leaves the far outside slot for a solid post. Gelding can boss these if he is at his best tonight. (4) REASONABLE FORCE was sent down the road in his last trip for all the glory. (5) GOLDEN GESTURE did not race badly in his latest.
Race 10
(4) JOYFUL GAME Mare has tactical speed and she does fit well in here. With a well-judged drive she could make her return back to the winner's circle. (1) KEYSTONE WANDA rallied strongly to nail down the show spot in her latest. (7) TAKETOTHESKY N just held on as the heavy favorite last week.
