MEET STATS: 44 - 153 / $271.00

BEST BETS: 6 - 13 / $20.50

Best Bet: EMPEROR MONTANA N (3rd)

Spot Play: BEST DEAL YET (5th)

Race 1

(2) KIPPENBERGER N drops to a new low and gets needed post relief; Bamond trainee should be prominent throughout. (3) LITTLE MICHAEL B rallied nicely for second last out. (4) GIDDY UP DELIGHT moves inside off a no-chance try upon dropping to this level and he seems capable from this spot.

Race 2

(1) DIVINATION draws best in a dreadful trotting event and she can take these all the way. (5) COMMISSIONER DALEY was second best last week and has had his moments here in the past. (6) POSITIVELY SHARP could be a closing threat.

Race 3

(5) EMPEROR MONTANA N was aggressively handled to sit a trip behind a heavy favorite last week but faltered late; Garcia-Herrera trainee drops for the third straight start and may have found a winning level. (1) ART FOR ARTS SAKE is up in class looking for three straight; draws best again. (8) MUSTANG MACH N has been awful since being claimed for $40,000 a few months ago but note the trainer change here after Banca couldn't get him to go.

Race 4

(5) COME AND TELL PAP finds an improved spot today and keeps a catch-driver in the sulky; he should be a big price in a race with no standouts. (1) BLOOMFIELDCANTIFLY was okay last week in that added-distance event in the slop and she draws best here. (2) BIG PAYOUT tired last week but his prior two were good.

Race 5

(2) BEST DEAL YET N was racing well with better a few back then had no chance in his last three from bad posts; today he drops in class, moves inside and clearly looks like the one to beat. (3) JOLT OF WHISKEY also gets needed post relief and picks up Bartlett. (1) MCCEDES wasn't bad last out in a needed start and the veteran can land a share here.

Race 6

(5) FICO put in a much better effort in his local return and he looks ready for a top performance. (1) RUDDY RUSTY has speed and the best draw. (2) JAILHOUSE SCORPION finally lands a good post and is a logical candidate.

Race 7

(8) QUICK FUN N took some money from an outside post in his U.S. debut and went down the road before tiring; today he gets a big driver change to Dube and is worth following. (2) ROCKET J raced well in her local return and gets post relief. (1) JDS BRENT N SHEREE was an upset winner upon arrival for Allard and he draws best again.

Race 8

(4) DOMINUS HANOVER has dominated in his last two and seems sharp enough to handle the class rise. (3) KEYSTONE BODACIOUS was a game winner last week and he's also sharp. (7) INSOMNIAC improved from off the pace last out but he still needs to show more late.

Race 9

(3) STEVE SAID went a steady effort in his Allard debut and he can build off that race. (7) FASHION DRAGON trailed in that qualifier but it was a clean line in behind some legit horses and he could by ready here right off the bench. (6) ROCKIN CASSONOVA has done nothing in his last two but prior efforts indicate he can be competitive here; use underneath.

Race 10

(6) PAN STREET USA has gotten progressively better in his last three races and seems ready to win; expect Bartlett to be firing early. (3) IWILLMAKEYOUSAYWOW gets needed post relief and should also be on the move early. (5) SANTANNA STAR failed at odds-on last week; price will be better today.

Race 11

(4) TAPIT was game in defeat last week and she's been good since arriving locally; note that this barn had two winners here on Sunday. (6) COVERT OPERATIVE ships from Canada and joins the Allard barn; gelding made nice money last season. (1) NORTHERN OBSESSION was better in her second 2016 start.

Race 12

(5) SHANE ADAM finished well last week and with any sort of live setup here he can charge home. (1) TEAM CAPTAIN broke last out but his prior start was decent; consider from the rail. (3) MIDNIGHT LIGHTNING doesn't seem to like winning but he should be in the mix late.
