Race 1
(1) CAVIART CATERINA put in a mild rally last out so she should improve from the fence; all systems go. (6) HEARTS N FLOWERS has good tactical speed and she has hit the board in her last three outings; threat. (5) ROCKN RUBY N gets post relief and that should help her cause.
Race 2
(2) TOP OF THE LINE Sharp in his last start but just got run over by Lion Brand and is capable of turning the tables on that rival. (4) LION BRAND rallied strongly to grab the victory recently; dangerous for the repeat. (7) IM LOOKING AT YOU was very game at the Meadowlands last out and could have a say in the outcome.
Race 3
(3) BIG JER finally leaves the 8-hole and is back at the level where he got the job done on January 10th; factor for win honors. (1) CROMBIE A was dull upstate so the return to Yonkers should help his chances. (2) JC KINGDOM can be right in the mix from the 2-hole.
Race 4
(1) DON LINDY lost all chance when this gelding broke at the start. Back on the rail where the trotter went down the road at this level. (3) YOLO LINDY will need a better trip to contend with these; maybe. (2) BEST TURBO moves back inside and should get a favorable trip.
Race 5
(7) BULLVILLE KYLE raced evenly for third money last time around so he has every right to put his best foot forward. (5) ZIGGY SKY put in a game effort to lose glory by 3/4 length; big player. (3) A BETTOR HAT could get right back into the swing of things from door number three; not out of this.
Race 6
(1) ARCHERY was sharp for the place money last time out and now this trotter moves to the rail and Bartlett keeps the faith; ready for action. (2) OOH RAH took the score at the Meadowlands last time around and could be right in the mix with these. (5) GONEINAPUFFOFSMOKE is better than his last flop so he could rebound with this group.
Race 7
(1) IN COMMANDO moves down in class, draws the fence and Mr. Bartlett stays in the bike; the pick at odds on. (3) BOOGIEWOOGIEBRIAN closed well to nail down the show spot last time out; could make some noise. (5) BET TOGTHER has hit the board in his last three tries; exotics factor.
Race 8
(1) HOOVES ON FIRST Pacing mare is back inside where she went down the road for an easy victory three tries back; should not be a problem getting back to the winner's circle. (4) MILLWOOD FAITH N was on the engine most of the way but she did not have enough gas in the tank last out; player. (3) MEDIA QUEEN N seems to be knocking at the door based on her latest; watch out.
Race 9
(6) DAVID THE SAINT's last try might be an indication he is ready for a big effort against these so with the right trip, at his best he could put it all together. (2) TITUS SEELSTER was facing Open foes upstate last time around and the gelding has good speed to become a prime contender in here. (1) THE SPY gets serious post relief and that might help his cause; we shall see.
Race 10
(2) RAINBOW ROMANCE N takes a drop in class and retains the 2-hole; can take these if given a favorable trip. (4) FLEM N EM N is another that's on the dropdown and gets the services of Bartlett; big threat. (1) JUST GOT PAID should do much better from the rail so watch out.
Race 11
(1) ARTIST NIGHT leaves the outside slot for post one, drops in class and Bartlett has the assignment; ready to boss these at his best. (5) HERE WE GO AGAIN flashed good speed but tired in deep stretch last out; big factor. (3) BS WEDDIE can be right in the mix given the post relief in here; don't overlook.
