Yonkers: Tuesday 2/14 Analysis

Best Bet: DON LINDY (3rd)
Spot Play: ZETTE STARLET (10th)
MEET STATS: 27 - 132 / 238.10
BEST BETS: 6 - 13 / $23.00
Race 1
(4) SHE SAID did not fire in her latest but the good news is she moves back inside and with a better trip, she can boss these. (7) RIVIERA came down the center of the course to get the job done last out. (3) PHOOS GIRL was a game second in her previous trip so she must be considered in the exotic picture.
Race 2
(1) MAJOR MATTER Trotting gelding appears to be heading in the right direction; threat at his best. (3) THREEUPTHREEDOWN 4-year-old has been sharp at the Big M and could make some serious noise against these. (4) SUNRISE AVENUE was dead last at the 1/2 mile marker and put in a good rally for show money recently; watch out.
Race 3
(1) DON LINDY just missed the victory by only 1/2 length last time out and now this trotter moves to the fence and catches a weak group; the pick. (3) EYESEENOW Jersey shipper could do much better than in his last flop. (5) ARCHERY lost all chance when he broke at the start but is capable of being in the mix with this group.
Race 4
(1) CARD SHOCK finally leaves the far outside slot and good to see Bartlett keeping the faith with this 6-year-old pacer. Ready to greet the cameraman for pictures. (4) GALACTIC GALLEON N took charge turning for home, but was nailed for win honors and had to settle for place money last time around. (3) UPFRONT COUNTRYBOY came up the cones to grab the show spot in his recent outing.
Race 5
(3) GRAND MASTER showed signs of life when this pacer took a drop in class. Now he moves down the ladder once again and has every right to boss these with Mr. Bartlett at the helm. (2) SCARLET CHASER gets post relief and that could help his cause. (1) WINTER BLUES Veteran is also getting a better draw and he did go down the road two starts back at Freehold.
Race 6
(7) MAJESTIC MISTRESS She showed sharp late kick and got the job done going away last time out. Now she moves up in class but good to see Bartlett with the call; threat for the repeat. (6) METATRON has put in three game efforts and his form is good enough to contend with these. (2) DEWDLE ALL DAY was hanging outside in deep stretch, but he saved the show spot at odds on last time around.
Race 7
(7) MYSHARONA BLUECHIP did not have enough gas in the tank and lasted for show money last time out. 5-year-old pacer seems to be the speed of the speed and another chance for glory is clearly not out of the question. (2) ALL ARTIST was sitting in the pocket most of the way but could not get past the winner in his latest. (4) CHEYENNE SEEBER showed life in his last try and must be considered in all the exotic slots.
Race 8
(5) REAL ILLUSION takes a slight drop in class and this former Ohio pacer has every right to put his best foot forward if given a favorable trip. (1) DANCIN HILL closed sharply to nail down the victory against lesser company recently. (4) UNION MAN HANOVER needs a better trip to be a factor in here; quite possible.
Race 9
(4) ELUSIVE ACTION was a non factor in his last three outings but was very sharp for the score on January 17th and this trotter could put it all together with a well judged drive. (7) PERFECT ROAD Two belated rallies in a row and could get involved early against these; big threat. (6) FIRE IN MY HEART Meadows shipper has some early trot and could have a say in the outcome.
Race 10
Will try (3) ZETTE STARLET to make an impact against this group of trotters. Mare got the job done wire to window three trips ago and she does have back class. (5) ALVAREZ did not fire her best at this level last time around but she is good enough to be right in the mix. (7) MADHATTER BLUECHIP Three sharp efforts in a row and Bartlett stays in the bike; not out of this.
Race 11
(4) CRUISINWITHMYBABY Pacing mare seems to be heading in the right direction with a late surge for the show spot last time out. If the perfect trip comes her way, the rest will have to settle for minor awards. (3) GROUNDED moves back inside where she got the job done two trips back; main danger. (1) HARMONY OAKS QUIKE 7-year-old miss should be right in the mix from the fence so watch out.
