Race 1
(1) CODE MEISTER has been very sharp and the gelding retains the fence; gets the call. (3) HERE WE GO AGAIN showed signs of life in his last try and Brennan stays in the bike; threat. (4) SCARLET CHASER put in a good effort last time out so he must be respected in here.
Race 2
(5) MERRY HANOVER seems to be heading in the right direction and good to see Brennan is keeping the faith. She can take this with a well-judged run. (4) BOINGANATOR moves down the ladder and that might help his cause. (1) ZAGSTER was sent down the road in his last trip for the victory; respect.
Race 3
(1) SHESAIDHESAIDISAID was impressive in her last start getting the job done. Now she moves to the rail so she has every right to repeat. (4) ROLL WITH ANN did not have the best of trips last out but she is clearly better than her latest; consider. (3) CRUSINWITHMYBABY went right to the front and never looked back in her recent try at Freehold; do not overlook.
Race 4
(2) BUCKEYE PRESIDENT put in a game effort landing the place spot in his last try. Gelding appears to be ready to get back into the winning groove and moving to the 2-hole could be what he needs to take this. (4) N EXPENSE has wheeled off two straight victories so he is clearly in winning form; dangerous for the three-peat. (8) TOUGH MUDDER tipped outside at the three-quarter pole on his way to glory last out. Post hurts but he is capable.
Race 5
(5) LONE SURVIVOR gets post and class relief so he might show tactical speed against these; looms very tough here. (7) SPORTSMANSHIP got the job done wire-to-wire last time around. Can be right in the mix again despite the move to the 7-hole. (3) KIWI IDEAL N also gets post relief and this should help his chances; watch out.
Race 6
(5) SHAWNEE BEAUTY was very sharp in victory last time out. Mare is good enough to take another with a repeat effort. (2) SOMEWAY SAME HALL did not race badly in his last try so he must be considered against these trotters. (4) CRAZYCAT did not have the best of trips last out but he can make some noise if he is able to get a favorable trip.
Race 7
(5) ROCKIN ROGER just got up for win honors in his Monticello finale. Gelding now moves to Yonkers and the good news is he picks up Bartlett for the assignment; the pick. (3) DREAMFAIR MESA put in a good try at the Meadowlands last time around so he should appreciate the move to the half-mile oval; threat. (1) ALWAYS A DIAMOND gets post relief and that should help his cause; we shall see.
Race 8
(3) SKYWAY BOOMER rallied strongly from door number eight to grab the fourth spot last out. Gelding was a game winner at this level two trips ago; poised to boss these. (4) BUGGER BRUISER just missed the score by only a neck last time around so he does appears to be big threat in here. (1) ROCKIN M broke turning for home but made a great recovery to grab the place spot recently; not out of this.
Race 9
(1) KAYS DELIGHT was outrun from the 8-hole last out but now she moves to the fence and she does have speed. Can boss these pacers if she is at her best. (5) CHERRY BLISS did not fire in her latest but she has shown speed against lesser company; player. (3) RISSYS ALL IN put in a sharp qualifier at Rosecroft on 2/6 for her 2019 debut; can have a say.
Race 10
(4) TWIN B SPEEDO gets a good post and he has every right to mow these down with a complete meltdown of the early leaders. (5) IWILLMAKEYOUSAYWOW flashed good early zip in his Meadowlands finale and now he gets the services of Bartlett; main danger. (1) MACINTOSH N gets serious post relief and that should help his cause.
Race 11
(1) NOBLE WARRAWEE is knocking at the door based on his last trip to the post. Gets the luck of the draw and Mr. Brennan has the assignment; the pick. (3) OOH RAH moves down in class and he should show early zip with Bartlett at the helm; main danger. (6) HIGH BLUE leaves the 8-hole so he could make some noise in here.
Race 12
(1) MASTER THE VIEW moves from the far outside slot for the rail and he got the job done three starts back here so he could top these with a well-judged drive. (4) STARS ALIGN A was a game second in his latest so he does appear to be heading in the right direction; big threat. (3) LEAN ON YOU just got up for win honors last time out so he could be right in the thick of this despite the rise in class.
