(3) BIG BANG BOOM should be right in the thick of it from the 3-hole. (1) LITTLE MICHAEL B returns to the fence where he was a sharp second; not out of this.
Race 2
(4) HES A CASTOFF was dull in his latest, but the good news is he knows how to take these to task as he did on August 27th; gets the call. (7) TORNADO TIM Sharp victory at Freehold two trips ago; could have a say in the outcome. (2) NOBLE WARRAWEE drops in class and gets a cozy post to boot; watch out.
Race 3
(5) CANACO STAR Veteran mare gets a better post and fits well. At her best and with a well judged drive she can make tonight a winning one. (2) I DANCE U PRANCE Illinois invader coming off a sharp victory recently so she must be respected with Bartlett at the controls. (4) THE RIGHT MOVE could be right in the mix if given a comfortable trip.
Race 4
(1) LIVE ON gelding gets serious post relief and is on the dropdown; the pick. (2) CADILLAC PHIL was sent down the road in his latest for all the glory; dangerous again. (4) NORTHERN VIRGIN just got up for win honors in his Saratoga finale; watch out.
Race 5
(1) SAMS ESCAPE 11-year-old gelding moves to the fence and is on the dropdown. Capable of greeting the cameraman for pictures. (3) RANSOM DEMAND is another that receives class relief; factor him in the exotics. (4) ZIGGY SKY will need a better trip than in his last try to make a impact against these; we shall see.
Race 6
(7) MUZZYS MUSCLES Sophomore trotter got the job done down the road last out. Seems to be in sharp form and he has every right to take another. (4) EARL VARIERA is knocking at the door based on his last trip to the post; threat. (2) FREE RANGE CHIKIN is in a better level and stays inside; don't overlook.
Race 7
(4) DREAMZZZZ R FOR U Bartlett returns on this 9-year-old where they had better success; can top these with a favorable trip. (1) ALMOST CUT MY HAIR moves down the ladder and gets a lucky draw; major player. (2) COPPER COAST A drops a notch and gets a cozy post; beware.
Race 8
(2) DECLARATION OF WAR flashed good speed in his last start. Gelding appears to be heading in the right direction. So if he gets the right trip, he can make tonight a winning one. (6) OUTRAGEOUS ART has hit the board in his last four starts; big threat. (5) MAINLAND KEY N was no match for the winner in his last trip; he must be respected against this group.
Race 9
(4) MEDIA QUEEN N She put in a sharp effort in her last try. Mare has four wins this year and she figures to get a comfortable trip; gets the call. (5) KEYSTONE WANDA has done quite well in her last three outings and appears to be heading in the right direction; main danger. (2) KRYPTOS was sent down the road at Freehold for all the glory; don't overlook.
Race 10
(1) HIGHLAND TARTAN leaves the 8-hole and gets class relief. Gelding can boss these at his best. (5) BIG JER was facing Open foes in his Vernon finale can he does fit well in here; contender. (3) CAVIART SKYLER has a better post in this event; could make some noise with a relaxing trip.
Race 11
(7) DEJAROVER Trotter seems to be in sharp form based on his last five tries. If all goes well, he can make tonight a winning one. (2) TRUE FRIENDS rallied strongly to nail down place money last time around; player. (3) CROWN AFFAIR just miss the victory by a length last out; must be considered.
Race 12
(2) MIDNIGHT LIGHTNING did not have the best of trips last time out. Gelding fits with these and if the right trip comes his way, the rest will have to settle for minor awards. (1) BIG N BAD should be right in the swing of things from door number one. (4) A REAL MIRACLE is knocking at the door based on his last three starts; watch out.
