(4) NORTHERN DALI is on a roll scoring her third straight victory and the competition in here is weak; should keep on her winning ways. (2) MISS MACHQUEEN showed some signs of life in her last two tries; player. (1) JULIO'S GIRL gets serious post relief and that might help her in this event.
Race 2
(4) KING ROYALTY took the pocket route on his way to glory last time out, and with another fine effort he can greet the cameraman again for pictures. (1) LUCKY MAN came outside turning for home to get the job done recently; threat again. (7) DIRTY DEVIL was on the lead most of the way, but was nailed for win honors last out; don't overlook.
Race 3
(3) CHERRY BLISS was dull from the 8-hole last time around so the good news is she returns to door number three where she was a game second two trips ago; using. (1) CHAXIRAXI HANOVER seems to be knocking at the door based on her latest at Philly. (5) PERFECT TRUTH should fare much better at this level; we shall see.
Race 4
(4) AMERICAN ALIVE 6-year-old mare has put in two good starts in a row, so she seems to be heading in the right direction; the pick. (1) VELOCITY VESPA was sent down the road last out for all the glory; dangerous from the fence. (3) ASK QUEENIE This should be a much better spot for this gal to contend; watch out.
Race 5
(4) MAAJAACKKOBE Gelding's third place finish is an indication he is ready to fire his best. (2) OUR REGAL IDEAL N gets post relief and he should show more speed against these; big threat. (5) VICEROY HANOVER was going the long mile and still held the fourth spot recently; not out of this.
Race 6
(2) CARD SHOCK has put in two good efforts in a row and appears to be ready to pick them up and lay them down. (4) MOVEOUTOFMYWAY rallied strongly to land the show spot last out; player. (1) ATLAS ALLIANCE N returns to the rail where he was a sharp third two trips back; watch out.
Race 7
(6) WILD BILL M has good tactical speed; at his best and with a favorable trip the 5-year-old can grab the victory. (3) BET TOGETHER has taken home top prize against lesser company so he must step it up against this group; possible. (4) UPFRONT COUNTRYBOY is knocking at the door based on his last two trips to the post.
Race 8
(6) DREAMZZZZ R FOR YOU might have been used up in the early stages last out because this veteran is much better than his last flop; can make amends and Brennan gets the return drive. (2) SAMS ESCAPE moves down in class and that might help his cause; maybe. (1) DIABANDO is another pacer with class plus post relief; beware.
Race 9
(6) SHEEZA SHARK N seems to be ready to return to her winning form. Lost glory by a nose here two tries back so this gal is fit and ready to boss these. (1) ALBANY GIRL moves to the fence and this might help her cause. (4) KEYSTONE WANDA has been no worse than second in her last four trips; don't overlook.
Race 10
(2) FANTICIPATION needs to return to her August 1st try where she was a pocket-rocket winner. Has every right to get back into the swing of things. (4) BELLATRICKS was facing much better and now gets serious class relief; quite dangerous. (5) JOYFUL GAME did not race badly in her Pocono finale and she could have a say in the outcome.
Race 11
(2) DRUNKEN DESIRE A is 0 for 17 this year but the good news is the veteran shown signs of life in his last three outings, so with a well judged drive from Mr. Bartlett this pacer can seek glory tonight. (1) ASLAN was late on the scene to grab the show spot last time out and now moves to the rail; player. (3) DANCIN HILL is another that closed strongly to grab the place spot last out.
Race 12
(2) DIAMOND COWBOY raced evenly for fourth money last time around. Gelding has good speed and now Bartlett has the assignment; poised to take this at his best. (1) SPINARAMA Gelding now moves to door number one and that should help his chances against these. (5) IRA CHIEF takes a serious drop in class and the 8-year-old could make some noise if he is ready.
