Race 1
(1) CAVIART CATERINA has been razor-sharp off the Adamczyk claim and she draws best here; short price looming. (4) WRAPPED TO GO has done little for Surick and now she drops below the level of the claim but she should be firing off the gate. (8) GLOW STICK debuts for new connections looking for two straight but may be done in by the poor draw.
Race 2
(1) THISGUYSAROCKSTAR has controlling speed from the best post and will look to complete the MacDonald 1/1 double. (3) ART OF ILLUSION was a winner at this level four back. (5) BLUEBIRD IDEAL ships in from Northfield, joins the Hudson barn and should fit well here.
Race 3
(2) HERETIC FRANCO N has really been frustrating me lately but I will stick with her until she rewards me; Bartlett drives. (7) CARRICKMANNON N was Dube's choice but she needs to get involved early from this spot. (4) SEW PSYCHED was likely facing better out of town.
Race 4
(3) COOL DESIRE has looked much better lately and the Clegg trainee could be firing early. (4) RD BILLIE drops back down in class in her second start off the Garcia-Herrera claim. (2) BAD NIGHT MARE tries Bartlett tonight and was a winner from an inside post three back.
Race 5
(2) DRUNKEN DESIRE A has plenty of back class and should find a way to beat these. (5) GAVINS DESIGNER was okay last week in his local return and can build off that effort. (4) SEAFOOD MIKE is erratic but seems to have a touch of hidden talent; consider on the ticket.
Race 6
(3) STARZNHEAVEN wasn't bad two back showing good speed from an outside post and Sears should have him close up throughout. (2) STONEBRIDGE BEACH is probably best here but it's always tough to take Pat Lachance on top, he of the 1 for 121 record this year. (4) SIGN TO INVERELL A returns locally and he's woken up in Maine for his new connections.
Race 7
(3) DREAMZZZZ R FOR U faces a competitive group here but he's hard to ignore going for a new barn off the claim. (1) VAPOUR N was very good in defeat last out for Pat Berry. (3) MICKEY HANOVER returns locally for Allard/Dube; if ready he's a big threat.
Race 8
(1) BROWN BRINNY was ultra-impressive in her last two and she stays at the same level off the claim priced to sell. (2) BABY REMIND ME was reclaimed by Allard after blowing away cheaper. (5) COLLAGE moves in a couple of spots and could show more here.
Race 9
(2) WILD AGAIN is up in class off a loss but it was a solid effort; Stratton should have him on the move early. (4) ALL ARTIST was second best last week at a huge price. (7) IM DRINKIN DOUBLES fits nicely at this level but may be done in by the poor post.
Race 10
(1) STONEBRIDGE TONIC debuts for Renaud off the claim, draws best and seems better than her 0 for 11 record this year would indicate. (3) GYPSY LEATHER hasn't been all that bad recently and he should be close up throughout, likely at a good price. (6) NATURAL LEDA raced well to be second best off the Banca claim.
Race 11
(1) CROMBIE A has been a real disappointment over the last couple of seasons as perhaps age is taking its toll on him but he does return locally off a win and the Allard trainee can work out a live stalking trip. (2) REAL ILLUSION has been very good in his last few and may be the one to beat. (7) BET THE MOON went from awful to awesome last week; tough to gauge him from this outside spot tonight.
Race 12
(1) ST KITTS moved into this condition last out and jogged at odds-on; she's the controlling speed again and will look to repeat at another short price. (2) ELM GROVE INARUSH gets major post relief and could be set up with a perfect stalking trip. (4) SINGLE ME is reunited with Stratton in her local return and she was a winner last out at The Meadowlands.
