Spot Play: RD BILLIE (7th)

MEET STATS: 85 - 362 / $592.00

BEST BETS: 17 - 34 / $66.80

Race 1

(3) DIRTY DEVIL was not so good at Pocono but the good news is this gelding is back at the Hilltop where he has better success; gets the call. (1) BIG BAMBU has tactical speed and the rail; big threat. (5) SPORTING THE LOOK raced evenly for show honors last out.

Race 2

(5) BABY REMIND ME seems to be knocking at the door based on her last three outings and has every right to be the boss; down the road. (6) DAG INMY STOCKINGS was on the lead most of the way but tired in deep stretch and held on for the placing; main danger. (1) CARRICKMANNON N gets post relief and that should help her cause; we shall see.

Race 3

(4) GLOW STICK was very wide at the 3/4 pole and was third best in her recent start. Pacing mare needs a favorable trip to greet the cameraman for pictures; not out of the question. (3) UPFRONTWHOSURLADY is better than her latest and most likely will be on the engine. (1) MISS ALI MACH N could land a share of the purse.

Race 4

(2) DREAM BALL did not fire in her first attempt at Yonkers, but now she moves to door number two and Bartlett keeps the faith; the pick. (3) WORLDLYDOLL could be a contender against these if she gets a favorable trip; quite possible. (7) MEDIA QUEEN put in a mild bid to land the show spot last out.

Race 5

(6) NORTHERN DALI showed speed in her first start of 2017. Mare does know how to get the job done here and good to Brennan with the assignment; big player. (2) SENTIMENTAL LADY took the pocket route on her way to victory at Monticello last time around. (4) BIG WHITE PEARL gets class relief and Bartlett stays in the bike; watch out.

Race 6

(2) COLONIAL ROAD closed well for fourth money last time from the 5-hole and now this 10-year-old moves to door number two. At his best he can boss these. (6) SIMPLY BUSINESS came up short recently, losing glory by a length; threat. (4) GIDDY UP DELIGHT should do much better from the 4-hole if he returns to his 3-28 trip.

Race 7

(2) RD BILLIE was sharp for the place spot last out and this pacing mare is quite consistent. She is capable of getting the job done with a well judged drive from MacDonald. (3) GROUNDED has wheeled off two straight victories and her form is good enough to go for the hat trick. (4) BARFOOT JULIE is a Dover invader that has speed and gets Bartlett; not out of this.

Race 8

(7) CHACHING HAOVER has every right to put it all together for team Brennan/Burke and based on his last two starts, he can put his best foot forward. (6) TOATSMYGOATS was a game third at Philly last time around and could be in the mix. (3) WE THINK ALIKE gets post relief and that could help his cause against these; maybe.

Race 9

(2) ANNUITY moves to the 2-hole and that might be the ticket that will put this guy right back into the winner's circle, but the trip will be everything; acid test. (4) BET THE MOON drops in class off a bad outing at even money last out; capable. (5) STONEBRIDGE TONIC took charge at the 3/4 pole but could not hold the lead in deep stretch; major player.

Race 10

(4) FLEM N EM N takes a slight drop in class and gets serious post relief. Twelve-year-old veteran can make tonight a winning one if given a favorable trip. (3) NATURAL LEDA just missed glory by a nose last out; big factor in here. (1) ADDWATER is a consistent gelding that is back on the rail where he went down the road two starts back.

Race 11

(3) FLASH LAUXMONT was sharp for the show spot last time out and now this gelding gets the return services of George Brennan; can top these at his best. (2) REAL ILLUSION was in the 3-hole, shuffled and came outside for an impressive victory last time around; big player despite the rise in class. Speedy 8-year-old (6) ONE THROUGH TEN just held on for win honors last out; the one to catch.

Race 12

(2) MILLWOOD FAITH N showed good speed but was uncovered approaching the 3/4 pole and tired in the stretch run last time out. Pacing mare fits well in here and could get the job done if she gets the right trip. (5) KAMWOOD LAUGHTER N has scored her last two in a row down the road; likely odds-on favorite. (4) BAZOOKA TERROR could be right in the swing of things with the drop in class.
