Race 1
(7) FEEL THE NEED A has been much-improved since moving back to the DiDomenico barn and he was close up from a similar spot last week. (5) TWIN B SPEEDO escaped traffic with good pace in last; more aggressive handling could do the trick here. (1) BADIX HANOVER drops to a new low but has zero current form; anything close to his usual effort will win this but use caution,
Race 2
(3) WORTHYOURATTENTION was no match for a couple of tough ones last week but it was far from a bad effort; Srratton's logical choice deserves top billing. (5) HEY LIVVY has shown big-time speed in her two local starts but has also tired badly; maybe better rating will do the trick. (1) MRS DARCY had a useful local debut.
Race 3
(5) BIG TURN ON rallied for small shares from the eight hole in his last two and moving in a few spots will obviously help immensely. (1) POP ICON gets needed class relief and draws best. (4) MATEO did race well last start but he's been way too inconsistent to endorse with any sort of confidence.
Race 4
(2) D GS ELSA put in a stubborn uncovered effort in defeat last week and the class relief tonight can get her over the top. (3) DALI DELIGHT goes for yet another new barn and we'll see if she can maintain her good form. (5) KEYSTONE NIKKI moves to the live Carmine Fusco barn and she does have good early speed.
Race 5
(5) IC A FREE SPIRIT was a good second two back and simply could not reach last week; Garcia-Herrera trainee seems as good as any in here. (2) MISTER ACCUMULATOR was second best to a sharp winner last out and Bartlett sticks with the Banca trainee. (4) ROCK ICON was never in contention last week; this is a better spot to get involved.
Race 6
(5) AMANDEROSA has had moderate success with better than these in the past and she was Bartlett's logical choice. (1) SUCCESSFUL OUTLOOK was a game front-end winner at a nice price last week; clearly capable of repeating but she won't offer much value. (3) LK'S NANCY LEE flashed good speed last week but had little late; Fusco trainee was a winner the start prior.
Race 7
(1) DON'TCALLMEFRANCIS returns locally off a confidence-boosting victory and he seems to have too much class for these. (5) ROCKIN PANDA was a solid second last week and he's trending in the right direction. (2) SOHO JACKMAN A could not sustain a two-move effort last out; prior start was good,
Race 8
(1) ACEFORTYFOURAMANDA performs well no matter what barn she's in; she can take another tonight at a short price. (3) KEENE OLIVIA was been second best in two starts off the Surick claim; second best again? (4) MORE THAN MANY is better than she's been showing and she'll wake up eventually.
Race 9
(5) VOLARE was aggressively handled and nailed late in a tough beat last week; Allard trainee loses Dube tonight but obviously gets a capable replacement. (4) BIGBOY ROSCO picks up Bartlett with Brennan going to the Burke trainee and we'll see if he's capable here with better. (2) WHETHER OR NOT FI drops from the Bonus series into a seemingly better spot.
Race 10
(6) SANDY'S BEACH had too far to come last week but did rally willingly. Maybe if she can get away from the gate in better order she could have upset possibilities. (3) DW'SBLISSFULTHINKN raced very well with good speed at both ends last out at a big price; she's a player here. (7) MACH IT A PAR is not on her best game right now but even a subpar effort could be enough for this classy mare to win.
