Race 1
(3) SPORTING THE LOOK lands in a better spot for her second start off the bench and meets a very questionable field. (1) FOCUS POWER has speed, the best draw and will be in line for a live trip. (5) JOHNNY Z hasn't fired recently but the veteran is better than that.
Race 2
(4) WORLDLYDOLL ships north from Dover, drops in for a tag and picks up Bartlett; worth a play in this blank field. (3) DAUT FULL hasn't shown much recently but she's had her moments here in the past. (2) GOLD STAR DYNASTY moves in a few slots and should be heard from.
Race 3
(2) HIGH COURAGE N faltered on the front end in his local return but draws well again and has license to rebound. (1) MIRAMONTMAN is tough to endorse on the win end but Lachance should be able to work out a perfect trip from this spot. (5) HELLO HOT SHOT gets away from the eight hole tonight.
Race 4
(2) CAVIART CATERINA stays at the same level off the DiDomenico claim and there's no reason not to think she'll be live from this spot. (4) NEW YORK KITTY was dull last out but was reclaimed by connections who had success with her. (1) MEDIA QUEEN N should save ground and hit the ticket.
Race 5
(2) CHAXIRAXI HANOVER gets Kakaley in the bike tonight in her thied start for the Surick and she seems eligible for improvement. (1) WRAPPED TO GO steps up off the claim off a razor-sharp win last week. (3) NERIDA FRANCO N drops in class and finally lands a good post; big theat.
Race 6
(3) ONE THROUGH TEN is working his way back up the class ladder and he looks like the controlling speed in here. (1) JUSTIFIED draws best and will likely look for a pocket trip. (7) SUPREME MACH N is hampered by the outside post again but he's more than capable with this type.
Race 7
(2) T'S ELECTRIC was a very game winner last out and stays at the same level while drawing well again. (1) ANNUITY has been racing well but he's missed a few weeks and Dube has been rather cold recently; use caution. (6) TRIPLE SEELSTER goes for another new barn off the claim and Bartlett will likely be on the move early.
Race 8
(4) GYPSY LEATHER was aggressively handled last week before fading from the pocket at a big price; he drops a notch and gets a juicy morning line. (5) MAINLAND KEY N just keeps chugging along at age 12; threat. (2) REAL FLIGHT has missed a month of action; hard to take at a short price.
Race 9
(4) NOBLES FINESSE was dead-game in defeat in his debut for the Abbatiello barn; give him another chance. (3) ARDIE B SPEED was tons the best last week but is up a notch for a new barn. (5) MEETYOUATMIDNIGHT goes for yet another new barn tonight and he's another who's been very sharp. Tough race.
Race 10
(6) VILLAGE JESSICA needed that start at Freehold and she raced reasonably well overcoming an early break; we know this veteran fits with these. (5) MILLWOOD FAITH N gets Bartlett in the bike for Vallee; threat. (3) HEY KOBE drops in class and could save ground to land a share.
Race 11
(5) HIPNUMBERONE closed sharply last week when claimed and stays at the same level; we've seen this listed trainer Brandon Todd have success here in the past. (4) AMBRO COURAGE N is up in class but she's been sharp. (3) HOOVES ON FIRST never got involved last out from the outside post; she'll be closer tonight.
