Race 1
(2) BEYONCES ROCKIN picks up Bartlett, moves in a couple of spots and could have more to offer off last week's needed race. (5) DALI DELIGHT has been super at this level and now goes for Surick off the claim; let's see if she maintains her form. (1) CHERRY BLISS fits well at this level and draws best but she doesn't win all that often.
Race 2
(4) GOT NO MONEY HONEY gave it a good try last week to be second best to a rival who is now stuck all the way outside; Kakaley sticks with him. (6) CHUCKABUCK ships in for Pat Berry off a dominating win at Freehold and overall his form has been good. (1) CAN'T WIN isn't much but it's impossible to miss the driver upgrade to Bartlett.
Race 3
(2) NORTHERN ASSASSIN A was ready to go off the bench for Allard but came up a touch short to a sharp rival; he should get the job done tonight. (1) CODE MEISTER was okay for a board spot last out behind the top one and he'll be in line for a good trip. (4) GLASS PRINCE gets some post relief and the veteran is always a player at this level.
Race 4
(2) TRUMP'S RALLY was outbattled late in his local debut upon joining the Allard barn; he draws well here and should look to take these down the road. (8) WORTHYOURATTENTION hails from good connections and only needs an alert getaway to be a big player here. (6) TAKE A WISH ships from the big track and could be a closing threat.
Race 5
(5) NEXT SUCCESS tries Bartlett tonight and finds a very questionable field; effort similar to last week could be good enough to get the job done. (2) MARTY MONKHOUSER A is better then last week's effort and he should be tighter tonight. (4) INDY INGOT doesn't win often but it's hard to imagine him not landing a share at this basement level.
Race 6
(4) FIRST CLASS ACT raced pretty well last out and now she gets Gingras in the bike for Smedshammer; lots to like. (3) T BARRR broke in his last local try but his out of town form has been decent. (5) THE LIONKING AS broke leaving last week; threat if he behaves himself.
Race 7
(2) FASHION BYTHEBEACH shipped in, joined the Lance Hudson barn and raced well last week; he gets a much better post tonight and seems to have a big shot. (1) BEAST MODE picks up Bartlett and was second best last out. (3) SIMPLY SUSATIONAL A has been inconsistent for Stalbaum but his best effort is certainly good enough.
Race 8
(1) FANTICIPATION lands the best post in a very uneven field; can Troy Beyer generate enough early speed and try taking these down the road? (5) A CRAFTY LADY steps up off a win and will likely have to go faster tonight in order to repeat. (4) TWIST OF FATE raced evenly last out for a board spot.
Race 9
(3) HYBRID HENRY behaved himself last week and was a good second best with Kakaley handling him well; repeat effort can take this. (5) SEVEN KNIGHTS has speed and generally behaves himself which is a good combination for a trotter. (2) CLIVE BIGSBY didn't offer much in his local return; use caution.
Race 10
(5) SWIFT AS A SHADOW has won three straight for two different barns with Stratton driving and now his brother claims him; step up in class doesn't scare me. (3) LONE SURVIVOR also goes for a new barn while in relatively good form; Holland's choice. (6) RURAL ART debuts for Robertson off the claim but is off over a month; may need an acclimating start.
Race 11
(2) BLACK MAMBA AS raced very well last week with Stratton and he's sticking with the Lorentzon mare. (6) COASTAL REGION broke on the lead last week losing all chance; price will be much better this time around. (5) VOLARE could show more in his second seasonal start for Allard.
Race 12
(1) ACEFORTYFOURAMANDA was ready to go right off the holiday break and she blasted down the road; she's clearly capable of repeating but the price will be much lower. (5) SHADY STELLA double-jumps in class off the claim after last week's sharp win. (3) WHISKERSONKITTENS paced evenly last week and a similar effort could land her a share.
