Yonkers: Thursday 10/11 Analysis

Best Bet: CAPOZZO (6th)
Spot Play: MR QUAKER (2nd)
MEET STATS: 176 - 863 / $1,286.80
BEST BETS: 22 - 80 / $103.70
Race 1
(1) CHUCARO ACERO BC gets serious post relief and he does have every right to make tonight a winning one with a favorable trip. (4) ONE AND ONLY has wheeled off three straight victories and that makes him the main danger to the top pick. (2) ADONIS BAY leaves the far outside slot for a better draw; player.
Race 2
(6) MR QUAKER is sharp and consistent. He flashed good early trot last time out and clearly could be the boss over these if he is at his beat. (2) MIKEY LIKES IT has put in two solid efforts since the move to Yonkers; big threat. (5) CHASIN DREAMS closed well to get the job done recently; do not overlook.
Race 3
(2) PERCYS Z TAM showed good speed in his last try but did not have enough gas in the tank. He could turn things around if he can control the tempo. (1) DEMOCRACY N gets post relief and it is good to see Bartlett at the helm; consider. (7) GYPSY LEATHER rallied strongly to nail down the victory last out; post hurts but he is capable.
Race 4
(2) MY COUNTRY BOY took a bad break at the start in his recent outing but the trotter does fit well with these; can make a quick turnaround with MacDonald at the controls. (1) AMERICAN STEELE just missed the score by only a neck last time around; dangerous from the fence. Trotting filly (8) PINE BUSH ROSE is knocking at the door based on her last two tries; watch out.
Race 5
(3) FREEZE OUT moves down in class and she has good tactical speed to rate and score over this group; the pick. (4) MORE THAN MANY was sent down the road last out for all the glory; can be a serious player despite the rise in condition. (5) BRAZUCA did not fire in her Pocono finale but should find this group to her liking; not out of this.
Race 6
(6) CAPOZZO moves back to a better condition and gets the services of Mr. Bartlett. With a perfect trip, he can greet the camera operator for pictures. (4) DOJEA SOLO is knocking at the door based on his last three outings; threat. (1) ROCK N BLUE came wide at the three-quarter pole and mowed them down for the victory recently. He should be a major factor from the pole position.
Race 7
(3) THE REAL ONE has put in two solid efforts in a row, so he appears to be heading in the right direction; gets the call. (5) MIDWAY ISLAND closed well to grab the show spot in his Philly finale; consider. (2) SECRECY took charge at the three-quarter pole on his way to an easy victory last out; can make some noise again despite the rise in class.
Race 8
(3) FEEL THE NEED A gets out of door number seven for a much better slot. He has the tactical speed to mow these down with Mr. Brennan at the helm. (2) STARSKYS DREAM raced evenly for third money recently; can have a say in the outcome. (6) DEDIS DRAGON was no match for Show the Fashion & Horsing Around respectively last time out, but clearly he does fit well in here; watch out.
Race 9
Will take a shot with (1) ANNAPOLIS HALL to bring his A-game to the table. He moves back to the fence where he made September 13 here a winning one; choice. (4) SOUTHWIND CRUZE will need a better trip than in his last try; quite possible. (2) HOOFIN IT put in a game effort last out for the placing; not out of this.
Race 10
(2) SELL A BIT N led every step of the way, however, she could not hold off the eventual pocket-rocket winner Freakonomics last time around. Mare can boss these if she is at her best. (5) TOUCHAMATIC was nailed for win honors in her last trip to the post; can be a serious player despite the rise in condition. (4) Pacing miss ALL ABOUT MADI was a game third recently and could make some noise with a return to her 9-28 victory.
