Race 1
(1) HEMI SEELSTER returns from stakes action out of town, is reunited with Jason Bartlett and can take this bulky field down the road assuming he minds his manners. (12) MELADY'S MONET needs to navigate the tricky second-tier starting spot but we all know the class and ability is there. (5) RED HOT HERBIE has amassed a very nice bankroll this season for the Allard barn and he should be forwardly placed off the gate.
Race 2
(9) DW'S NY YANK returns locally to face a slightly softer group and if he can get rolling early and brush to the front he may be tough to catch. (7) MAJOR ATHENS returns from Canada, is reunited with Bartlett and likely looms the one to beat. (11) MONEY MAVEN has been a solid earner for the Julie Miller barn and should come away from this contest with a nice share.
Race 3
(4) NEWCASTLE returns locally in a new barn with some suspect form but his best effort can easily take this. (10) TIME OUTA JAIL needs a smooth trip from the second tier but the Burke trainee appears capable. (7) BINGO QUEEN is always well handled by Brent Holland and she can be a closing threat.
Race 4
(1) PIERCEWAVE HANOVER is up in class for Allard off a win and is facing a field with some question marks; worth a play if his price is close to or higher than his 5/1 morning line. (5) MADMAN HALL doesn't win all that often but is facing softer today. (7) MONROE COUNTY was empty in the late stages last out but returns to a winning level.
Race 5
(6) BIG SURF is still searching for that elusive first seasonal win but drops to the basement claiming level for Banca and Bartlett is back driving. (4) BOOGIEWOOGIEBRIAN isn't the most reliable sort but he's been good off the Garcia-Herrera claim. (5) LUCKY MAN returns locally at a lower level and is overloaded with back class.
Race 6
(2) BRANDOS MUSCLE MAN has little current form but the veteran gets a big driver change to Brennan and can win this race on memory. (4) HES A CASTOFF should be a speed threat from this spot. (6) WESTERN CREDIT was a nice off the pace winner when last seen locally.
Race 7
(1) JERICHO has been facing better out of town and draws best here with a nice driver upgrade to Stratton. (4) SIM BROWN exits the Amateur ranks, picks up Bartlett and will be firing early. (2) VALLEY GLIDER returns locally and lands a good inside post.
Race 8
(2) CALIPARI drops, picks up Bartlett and draws better; veteran is clearly the one to defeat. (3) EPIC RANGER returns locally and could perk up with the change in scenery. (4) TIME TO QUIT ships in off a good win at Saratoga.
Race 9
(1) HERE'S THE MAGIC was pretty game in his local debut two back then had a tough second-tier trip in an added-distance event; Bartlett is back driving and he can take this field down the road. (2) KINETIC KING was a blowout winner in his local debut versus cheaper and he gets needed post relief today. (6) SKYFLEX was a winner last out but broke it off late; closing threat assuming he minds his manners.
Race 10
(5) LUMINOSITY seems to have too much class for these; down the road. (6) AWSOME VALLEY returns locally off a sharp score at Harrington. (1) PICTURE THIS will be close up throughout; include underneath,
Race 11
(3) LUCK O THE IRISH needs to get away close up and he can draw off late versus these. (4) AGGRESSIVE will likely be just that early but he needs to show more late. (6) JUSTICE JET gets Dube back in the bike and they teamed up for two impressive scores here last month.
Race 12
(5) WILD AGAIN flew home to just miss versus similar three back. (2) FLASH LAUXMONT gets needed post relief and should be on the move early. (1) ANNUITY raced evenly last out on the Allard reclaim and he draws best here; threat.
