Yonkers: Saturday 11/24 Analysis

Best Bet: NEWBORN SASSY (11th)
Spot Play: MACH TIME N (10th)
MEET STATS: 496 - 1387 / $2,667.40
BEST BETS: 70 - 121 / $226.00
Race 1
(3) ONE AND ONLY doesn't have much current form but he drops out of claimers and into this equally lifeless field; Ruiz trainee would appear to have as good a chance as any in here. (1) OUTKAST BLUE CHIP gets needed post relief for top connections but otherwise there's nothing to endorse and he may be overbet. (5) NORTHERN VIRGIN held well for a board spot last week.
Race 2
(7) SELL A BIT N tried leaving last week but shockingly all the holes closed up and she was parked the duration; classy mare gets to drop a notch and there doesn't seem to be a ton of midpack speed; does Stratton take another shot? (3) VORST was second best at odds-on when last at this level; logical. (1) DUDESALADY makes her second start back off the shelf, draws best and could have more to offer.
Race 3
(1) SHOW THE FASHION moves to a new barn via claim and promises to be more involved after a string of outside post draws. (2) ARDIE B SPEED steps up a notch off a game uncovered try; Allard trainee should go well here. (7) BETTOR REASON N has been rock-solid at this level and Bongiorno drives him well; only problem here is overcoming the outside post.
Race 4
(6) ELLIESJET N stopped badly on the front end last out but he was coming off a sick scratch that seemed to bother the entire Lance Hudson barn; mare faces no standouts here and should offer a good price. (1) SKINNY DIPPER isn't the most reliable mare but she has good speed from the best post. (4) ELLA MICHELLE A was a big upset winner three back with Bongiorno in the bike.
Race 5
(4) RIPROY worked out a perfect pocket trip and looked strong rolling to the wire last week making it two straight; Jason Robinson trainee looks sharp enough to take another. (5) CHEYENNE JEFFREY didn't fire with his best last out but he's more than proven himself at this level. (7) STOLEN CAR was run over by the top one last week and now moves outside; may be tough to get it done from this spot but the veteran certainly merits consideration.
Race 6
(4) BETTOR MEMORIES never threatened the runaway Mach It So last out but was good enough to sneak into second; he lands inside many of his main rivals here and may be good enough to get it done. (3) TECHTOR HANOVER is in career form and his solid early speed always sets him up perfectly. (5) ALWAYS AT MY PLACE was a well-rated winner versus a notch lesser last week and earns a spot back at to the top level; Burke trainee always merits consideration.
Race 7
(6) MONICA GALLAGHER has been very sharp her last two at The Meadowlands, including last week's game try versus Pure Country; Brennan will be on the move early with her. (4) LISPATTY has been a consistent player with this type and she'll be right there with any sort of live trip. (2) MEDUSA moves back to the top level and will never be too far back from this post.
Race 8
(3) PRETTY BOY SWAG didn't race badly when last at this level and sharpened up with a good close just five days ago; he lands a good post assignment inside many of his main rivals and looks juicy at his 12/1 morning line...getting Stratton back won't hurt, either. (5) AIR STRIKE has been good since returning locally and he'll be forwardly placed. (8) MAC'S JACKPOT can be considered the King of the 4YO Open and he's overcome this post in the past.
Race 9
(3) SOMEWHERE FANCY jogged last out and may have gotten his confidence back; Allard trainee has beaten better than these in the past. (1) CATCHA LEFTY A took all the money in his U.S. debut and raced well; obviously he can be even better tonight but won't offer much value. (2) LORD OF MISRULE is usually around the number when drawn inside.
Race 10
(5) MACH TIME N was off almost a month before last week's start, took no money and raced accordingly; Stratton drives tonight and let's see if he takes some play. (1) YS LOTUS bumps up looking for two straight and can win this, but his low morning line is a turn-off. (2) BELL I NO had little in his local return but he lands in a better spot tonight.
Race 11
(7) NEWBORN SASSY toured the track last week, maybe with this drop in mind. Anything close to her best effort will beat these. (4) BETTERHAVEANOTHER also gets class relief and is capable of showing more. (2) CAVIART CHERIE raced very well from off the pace last week, clearly a good sign.
Race 12
(3) CAPOZZO has raced well in all recent without a win to show for it; he's currently as capable as any in here and should be an okay price. (2) HAVEFAITHINME N raced well though outfinished last week; import was a winner two back with Bongiorno in the bike. (4) STARS ALIGN N was a solid winner versus cheaper despite missing some time; Allard trainee could be sharp enough to have a chance here.
