(1) FANCY FOOTWORK had nothing to offer last week at this level but he can get well against this weak group. (4) IN A CRAZE bumped to this level and really had no chance; prior effort versus lesser was solid. (6) DUKES UP gets Brennan in the bike; worth a look.

Race 2
(1) RAFFERTY HANOVER hasn't really fired in his last few but I'm giving him one more chance, especially from the rail slot. (5) ABBEYLARA is second-time at this level and he picks up Sears; improves? (3) NEXT FLIGHT has good speed and an inside draw.
Race 3
(5) SAULSBROOK FAME has been knocking on the door in recent starts and was Sears' choice tonight; worth a play. (1) MEANT TO BE ME was collared late after a two move effort last week but is was an improved effort. (4) WAYNE THE LEFTY drops a notch and he can be considered a threat with these.
Race 4
(3) FOUR CORNERS drops in class off two decent late-closing efforts and he appears ready to score. (1) JACKED UP hasn't been at his best recently but he's a proven commodity at this level. (5) P H JACKPOT picked up a small share from post eight last out; not completely out of this.
Race 5
(5) TWIN B HOLLISTER returns at a greatly reduced level and he should be ready to roll from this spot. (1) STONEBRIDGE TONIC has speed, the rail and he can sit a perfect trip. (7) WESTERN DAKOTA gets Stratton in the bike tonight, could rally for a share.
Race 6
(6) GREAT VINTAGE returns locally and he can outsprint these to the first turn if Stalbaum desires. (2) CHINA GRILL has been a big money-maker since shipping in; big chance from this generous post assignment. (3) SAPPHIRE CITY is back in the Open ranks and he's a proven winner with these.
Race 7
(3) DALLENBACH HANOVER has been very live since the Cad Gregory claim and now he has an improved post to work with. (1) ROCK TO GLORY went wire-to-wire from this post and this level when last seen here. (5) HILLBILLY HANOVER gets needed class relief for the potent Burke barn.
Race 8
(2) FAT MANS ALLEY was a game uncovered winner out of town; gelding has missed a couple of weeks but he can handle these on his best day. (4) IDEAL CHAMP has a ton of speed and looms a big threat from this spot. (5) KEYSTONE VELOCITY has the talent but may need some help from this spot.
Race 9
(1) ROLLWITHITHARRY has raced very well since joining the DiDomenico barn. Tonight he drops a notch in class and draws best. (2) R CAAN closed well from post eight last week; obvious contender. (6) SHOW ME UP rallied for a share in his debut for Fraley; Brennan drives tonight.
Race 10
(1) MORTAL ZIN bumped to this level and raced decently; he draws best here and faces no standouts. (4) CONNERY BLUE CHIP was a good second last week. (5) SOMETHING FOR DOC has a long way to go to prove his big-ticket purchase earlier this year was worth it.
Race 11
(5) FRED AND GINGER may have too much class for these; Brennan should head to the front and take these the distance. (1) URGENT ACTION draws best tonight and appears impossible to leave off any tickets. (2) ELECTRIC SHOOTER closed a ton once shaking free last week.
Race 12
I've never really been a fan of (5) STEELHEAD HANOVER but this looks like a perfect spot to get back on the winning track; Sears returns. (1) SHORTSTACKED gets needed post relief and should be involved. (8) LUMBERJACK WILLIE was very impressive in his local debut and now gets rewarded with a post eight draw.
