Yonkers: Pick 5 proves elusive on Thursday night

Driver Austin Siegelman won with Vinny De Vie at 21-1 and Alex Tye at 17-1 during Thursday night's (October 19) Pick 5 at MGM Yonkers Raceway, and was the main catalyst that led to no tickets having five of five in the wager. As a result, Friday night's (October 20) program at Yonkers will have a $5,394.60 carryover and a $15,000 guaranteed pool in the Pick 5 sequence.

The guarantee in the Pick 5 is being offered as part of the United States Trotting Association's Strategic Wagering Program. Free Harness Eye past performances for the Pick 5 will be available here. The Pick 5, which begins in race five, has a takeout rate of 20 percent.

MGM Yonkers Raceway is hosting live racing on Monday through Friday nights with post time at 7 p.m.
