Race 1
(4) DONT STOP BELIEVIN ships down from the smaller Ontario circuit where she's won three straight and she joins Team Bongiorno; we've seen this scenario click in the past. (2) MAJOR MASTER PIECE was a decent second two back versus similar. (7) CHEAP THRILLS has hinted at ability in her brief career and Bartlett drives for her new connections; she may need a start however.
Race 2
(4) NIALL HANOVER flashed big speed two back but came up touch short; a similar effort can take this. (1) CHEYENNE REIJANE won out of the pocket two back, then decided to retake last week but was collared; he's a threat with a stalking trip. (3) MAJOR HUMOR was much-improved in last but has now missed a few weeks.
Race 3
(2) ABSOLUTELY BEST returns locally after picking up a small share in the lucrative KY Sire finals and the Erv Miller trainee seems clearly best here. (5) E L PEACEMAKER was awful last week but the fact that she's right back in the box is probably a good sign; flashes early speed? (1) FEELIN RED HOT draws best and will be right there throughout.
Race 4
(7) FEEL THE DARKSIDE blazed the way and was second best last week with Lasix added; another chance. (3) OUT OF SIGHT gets post relief in her second local start and should be more involved. (1) CAVIART CHERIE best lesser when last here, has some speed and the best post with Bartlett driving.
Race 5
(1) WINDY SPORT closed well to just miss last out and seems ready to get over the hump for the Coleman barn. (2) UNDER THE BUS certainly looks fast enough to take this. (3) QUEEN JOSEPHINE is another with good early speed and she was holding her own in NYSS competition.
Race 6
(7) STEALTH BOMBER is loaded with talent but has certainly underachieved; he qualified back sharply now in a new barn with Lasix added and should be ready to roll. (4) BETTER B ROLLING is perfect in his brief career and is clearly the main threat despite bumping up in class. (1) BEST TRICK EVER picked up checks in all of his Kentucky tests and should fit well here.
Race 7
(1) MACONUPWITHTHEDRAGON has been racing well at Philly, gets a nice driver change to Bartlett and draws best in this questionable field. (4) HAPPY TRIO moves to the Carl Cito Jr. barn, which has been halfway decent this season. (3) DEO GALILEO ships from Jersey where he was a fringe player in NJ sired events.
Race 8
(3) GEEZ JOE has done quite well in NYSS events this season and should fit nicely in this spot. (2) BIG TOP HANVOER took all sorts of money versus tougher and broke last week; class relief and switch to Bartlett can help. (1) IYQ YQR gets tested for class but is very sharp.
Race 9
(6) CAVIART REAGAN can close a ton and only needs a live setup. (1) SEDONA SEELSTER raced well last week but had too far to come from the outside post; move inside certainly helps. (3) WHAT'S GOIN ON was second best here two back in a NYSS test.
Race 10
(5) TAKEYOURBREATHAWAY has been in reasonably good form and lands a decent enough post in this very tough-to-figure event; filly looks as good as any in here. (3) SPRING CRUISE has been racing well out of town and should fit well here. (6) REI'S STAR CROSS has raced well here on occasion and will be a big price.
Race 11
(4) MYIDEALSON N faces better looking for three straight and four of five; import may have more to offer. (1) AMERICA'S FLEET certainly is logical from this spot with Bartlett driving. (3) WESTERN TYRANT finished close up versus similar three back.
Race 12
(2) ITTY BITTY came up with a monster effort last week out of nowhere and there may be more left in the tank. (3) MANIANA moves back inside and was second best two back from a similar spot. (4) VALUABLE ART needed her last start out of town and she's fit well here in the past.
