Yonkers: Monday 7/10 Analysis

Best Bet: FUNKNWAFFLES (4th)
Spot Play: SEDONA SEELSTER (7th)
MEET STATS: 243 - 685 / $1,395.70
BEST BETS: 33 - 59 / $112.20
Race 1
(4) E L PEACEMAKER arrives from Running Aces riding a four race winning streak and she should fit nicely here versus this soft field. (1) FOOLISH HEART certainly went fast enough in her local debut last out and is the main threat. (3) BRICKYARD QUEENIE can usually be counted on for a share.
Race 2
(7) ART SCENE is very lightly raced compared to others but was very impressive here two back. (3) BARRY HANOVER has raced well in his last two in overnight events and he picks up Sears tonight. (6) WHAT'S GOIN ON has been a fringe player this year in NYSS action but this is a pretty soft division and he does get Morrill in the bike.
Race 3
(1) MAJOR HUMOR was aggressively handled last out and folded up badly; give him another chance with the best draw. (4) LUCKY SPELL raced well in his last two for a barn that's going well now. (5) NIALL HANOVER took money in his local debut but didn't fire; maybe he needed the start.
Race 4
(3) FUNKNWAFFLES flew home in the Hempt final to be second best to arguably the best 3-year-old on the continent; hard to see him losing here. (5) OUTKAST BLUE CHIP added Lasix and blasted down the road at Goshen; Bartlett's choice for 'Team Sholty'. (1) JOE'S BID draws best and should be able to land a small share.
Race 5
(3) CULTURAL PARADISE has yet to put in a bad local effort and in his lone NYSS test he was a fast-closing third; sharp sort can get it done. (1) HEAVEN'S GAIT raced well in the Hempt over at Pocono and he's the one to beat. (6) SERIOUS MAJOR debuts for the Burke barn and is worth keeping an eye on.
Race 6
(3) IN A SINGLE BOUND has been an absolute winning machine and I don't see anything stopping him in here. (4) IDEAL WHEEL recently added Lasix and ships from Canada for Casie Coleman; improvement is possible. (1) MUSIC IS ART draws best which should land him a share.
Race 7
(6) SEDONA SEELSTER was very sharp in his debut for the Banca barn and he faces nothing special in here bumping up in class. (3) ROLL WITH FRED has some early speed which can get him in play. (7) IMIDEAL HANOVER has been sharp but needs to overcome the outside post.
Race 8
(2) ROLL WITH JOSIE raced decently in her second start since moving to the Allard barn and she has a post edge on her main rivals. (5) TWENTY THREE RED tries Brennan tonight and she does have a live move in her. (3) DONTWANTALKABOUTIT gets some needed post relief.
Race 9
(4) WISHY WASHY GIRL was sharp for Banca right off the bench and she seems capable of repeating. (2) COLORFUL JASMINE has one lone defeat this season; let's see how she handles the half-mile track shipping in. (6) CANDLELIGHT DINNER didn't fire in her seasonal debut but clearly she's capable of better.
Race 10
(2) PACING MAJOR N was flying home in his U.S. debut for Tritton; he'll take all the money tonight and likely deliver. (5) BEACH OGRE goes for top connections and is the one to fear. (4) SHOREVIEW doesn't like to win but hits the ticket a lot.
Race 11
(2) ROCK ME BABY has the look of a mare who should be performing better than she is; Rohr trainee does look best here. (1) MANIANA was a nice-closing second last out. (6) FROG POND PRINCESS does have early speed which could help her cause.
Race 12
(7) ANOTHER DAILY COPY qualified nicely and does seem more experienced here than others. (4) NOCTURNAL BLUE CHIP was a good winner last out versus one notch lesser. (5) DOUBLESHOTTAHOTT moves in a few spots off a no-chance effort and he could show more here.
