TEQUILA MONDAY (Open FM) - Had poor stalled cover, had to move wide in the turn, watched as the trip-sitting winner got the jump on her but she closed stoutly to make it close.

SUMMER SIDE (NW20000) - Had pace from the pocket but the top two had the jump on him turning for home.

YS LOTUS (NW10000) - Stuck with poor cover, rallied wide in the final turn and closed well to be second best.

CLEMSON (NW2) - Was out a long way uncovered from seventh and kept coming gamely to be second best.
