(2) NAKED CITY has good speed and should appreciate the half-mile oval; gets the call. (5) FASHION DELIGHT moves down in class and this should help his cause; maybe. (1) SCARLET CHASER should get involved from the fence so watch out.
Race 2
(1) KAMWOOD LAUGHTER N was on the engine but she tired turning for home last time around. Retains the rail and with a more relaxing trip he can take these to task. (4) BELLATRICKS just missed glory by a neck in her recent outing; threat. (8) SOFT IDEA closed well to grab the place spot last out at Pocono; post hurts but she is capable.
Race 3
(1) EMPEROR MONTANA N was late on the scene to get up for show honors last out. Gelding appears to be heading in the right direction and could boss these at his best. (8) NEXT SUCCESS has hit the board in his last five tries but he will have to get the job done from the 8-hole; possible. (6) FLASH LAUXMONT took the pocket route on his way to victory in his latest; not out of this.
Race 4
(3) MORE THAN MANY closed strongly for the show spot, so that might be an indication he is ready to put his best foot forward; we shall see. (6) SEW PSYCHED has put in two good outings in a row and he appears to be the main danger in this event. (1) STRINGS got the job done via the pocket last out; don't overlook.
Race 5
(3) HIGHLAND TARTAN did not get the job done as the chalk last out but he sure fits well against these and Sears stays in the bike; gets the call. (5) BLADE SEELSTER has fine speed and he has hit the board in his last four starts; big factor. (2) MILLIONDOLLAR WAVE came outside on his way to an easy victory at Philly last time around.
Race 6
(1) MEDUSA Pacing miss gets some class relief and draws the fence so she has every right to greet the cameraman for pictures. (6) PRAIRIE SWEETHEART is another that is on the dropdown and has good early zip; dangerous. (5) TESSA SEELSTER makes her return to the races off a good qualifier in Jersey; beware.
Race 7
(3) ANNABETH was very sharp at big odds against tougher last out and this mare should be ready to handle these with a well judged drive from Mr. Brennan. (6) PURRFECT BAGS is knocking at the door based on her last two trips to the post. (2) MILKY WAY RAE was sent down the road last out against lesser company for all the glory.
Race 8
(8) JEWEL LEHIGH A was sharp for place honors last out and now she moves to the 8-hole. With a fine-timed drive from MacDonald it could be game over for the rest. (3) CALL ME QUEEN BE makes her return to Yonkers and she fits well in here; big threat. (6) FREEZE OUT Easy victory in her latest from the 2-hole so she has to put her best foot forward from door number six; not out of this.
Race 9
(1) MAJOR BUCKS gets serious class relief and moves to the fence. Gelding has every right to make tonight a winning one. (5) THATLL BE THE REI 7-year-old does have a fondness for the hilltop and could have a say in the outcome. (4) DUEL IN THE SUN will need a better trip than in his last try; capable.
Race 10
(3) MAXI BON leaves the 8-hole for a cozy slot and clearly this pacer can top these at his best. (2) NATURAL LEDA pulled the pocket turning for home, but could not get to the winner last time around; big player. (5) SPORTSKEEPER gets post relief and that might help his cause against these; don't overlook.
Race 11
(2) ARMBRO COURAGE N moves down in class and gets a better slot to work with. If this pacing mare gets the right trip, the rest will have to settle for minor awards. (4) FOR THE LADIES N did put in a game effort for the show spot recently; contender. (5) GIRLLOOKATTHATBODY could make some noise if she gets the right trip; watch out.
Race 12
(6) CHILLED DESIRE A was facing tougher stock of late so now she gets a softer spot to make her return to the winner's circle. (2) DEUCES FOR CHARITY rallied strongly to nail down the victory last out at Pocono; big threat. (5) SASSA HANOVER is 0 for 5 this year but she fits well in here and trainer goes to his main man Brennan; beware.
