(1) LETTUCEROCKU A moves down in class. Draws the rail and good to see Bartlett with the assignment. (6) SHANGHAI KING did show fine speed in his last try; player. (2) BULLSEYE was a game second in his Philly finale.
Race 2
(5) JK WILL POWER just got up for win honors last time around at Philly. Gelding can boss these for his third score of the year. (1) CAVIART SKYLER put in a strong late run to grab the show spot recently at Pocono. (2) ANGS DELIGHT has speed and could be a factor in here.
Race 3
(3) DUEL IN THE SUN was third best the last time this gelding appeared at the Hilltop. At his best he can take this. (6) GOKUDO HANOVER was caught for the victory in his latest at Philly; threat. (1) CHEYENNE SEEBER should do much better from the fence and gets class relief; watch out.
Race 4
(6) QUICK ASA TRICK N Gelding has been facing much better stock and this seems to be a solid spot for his return to Yonkers. With a well judged drive he can get the job done. (5) BAKERSFIELD was sent down the road in his last trip at Philly for all the glory. (1) YO CHEYENNE ROCKY moves to the fence and that might help his cause; we shall see.
Race 5
(1) SHANE ADAM is back at Yonkers and gets the luck of the draw. Basically this gelding can show better speed and has the services of Bartlett. (4) NATURAL LEDA fits well in here and could make some serious noise with a favorable trip. (7) HI HO STEVERINO just missed the victory by 3/4 length last out.
Race 6
(3) ROCKN RUBY N has hit the board in his last four tries so that's an indication he is ready to move forward. (1) KAMWOOD LAUGHTER N is back on the fence where he was a sharp second two starts back. (2) HEY KOBE was late on the scene to nail down the score in his Pocono finale.
Race 7
(1) HOOVES ON FIRST Mare seems to have a fondness here as she will leave from the pole position; gets the call. (4) STONEBRIDGE QUEST scored down the road at Philly last time around. (3) AMANDEROSA Sharp for place money in her last try; not out of this.
Race 8
(1) HIDDEN LAND 6-year-old miss now moves to the rail and good to see Sears with the call. She has every right to mow them down for all the glory. (8) BEYONCES ROCKN Ohio shipper knows how to win from the far outside slot; main danger. (2) LISPATTY Sharp in her last three starts puts her right in the mix with these.
Race 9
Will go with the good (5) DOCTOR BUTCH to put it all together. 7-year-old veteran appears to be heading in the right direction and has the right to boss these at his best. (4) BETTORS EDGE took them wire to window at the Meadowlands last out; main danger. (8) AMERICANPRIMETIME closed well against open foes in his last trip at Tioga.
Race 10
(2) GYPSY LEATHER moves up in class off a sharp victory recently and figures to get a favorable trip; capable. (7) BETTOR ROCK ON N flopped as the chalk last out but the 8-year-old pro is better than his latest. (5) WINDS OF CHANGE put in an excellent qualifier at Pocono for his return; don't overlook.
Race 11
(1) LITTLE SANTAMONICA She has been facing better upstate and now she moves her tack to Yonkers. Can take these down the road with Bartlett at the helm. (8) ECLIPSE ME N got the job done against lesser from the rail and now she will have to make it two straight from the 8-hole; not out of the question. (7) CAVIART CARI ANN took charge at the 1/4 pole and she never looked back for the victory last out at Philly.
Race 12
(2) BLACKNSWEET ADDA A seems to be in a better spot and the pacing mare has fine speed to grab a good position. At her best she can greet the cameraman for pictures. (4) REGIL ELEKTRA was on the engine most of the way but was caught in deep stretch at Pocono last out. (8) SKIPPIN BY sharp for win honors last time around at Pocono; post hurts but she is very capable.
