Race 1
(3) ARI ALLSTAR took the pocket route on his way to victory last time out. Gelding is sharp, fit and ready to boss these for his second straight score. (2) MYELLS ROCKSTAR just missed glory by a neck in his Pocono finale; player. (5) SPARKY MARK is knocking at the door based on his last two tries at Dover; watch out.
Race 2
(8) STONEBRIDGE COMBAT was on the lead most of the way but was nailed for win honors in his most recent try. Trotter gets a tough post but he is in solid form to overcome door number eight. (3) HASTY PROFFITT rallied strong to grab the show spot last out at Pocono; factor. (1) NORTHERN OBSESSION should do much better from the fence; maybe.
Race 3
(1) VERSADO makes his return to Yonkers where this veteran has had the best success; can top these with a well judged drive from Holland. (2) WAGON MASTER gets post relief and that might help his cause. (3) SOMETHING FOR DOC is another that gets a lucky draw; watch out.
Race 4
(6) SOUTHWIND ROULETTE Pacing mare will try the half-mile oval for team Brennan/Burke and this seems to be a perfect spot for her to greet the cameraman for pictures. (4) AMBRO COURAGE N closed down the center of the lane to get the job done last time around; threat for the repeat. (1) JACLYN HANOVER was second best last out and now she moves to the fence; not out of this.
Race 5
(3) FIRE IN MY HEART moves back inside and he does have fine speed. At his best he can be the boss over these. (4) JIMMY WILLIAM made a tough break at the 3/4 pole and folded at odds on last out; can atone. (6) ROCK THE GAME Sharp and consistent mare can be right in the mix with Sears at the helm.
Race 6
(1) MONROE COUNTY was sent down the road in her latest for all the glory. She now gets the golden rail and has every right once again to go wire to window. (6) TIME OUTA JAIL gets an excuse in her last try when she broke at the start and was a fast closing fourth. (4) ROUNDTOWN ROCKER has wheeled off four straight victories at Monticello; don't overlook.
Race 7
(6) DIME A DANCE put in a mild bid for show money last time out at the Meadows. Mare is very capable for taking these to task with a fine-timed drive from Brennan. (2) ALBANY GIRL Even finish against open foes at Saratoga last time around; big threat. (5) MOSQUITO BLUE CHIP got the job done via the pocket; contender.
Race 8
(7) CALL ME QUEEN BE was caught for the victory last out at the Meadowlands, but hey that was her first start of 2017. 2016 Breeders crown victor is sharp enough to get back into the winner's circle. (8) APPLE BOTTOM JEANS has good early zip and should not have a problem from door number eight. (5) WINDSUN GLORY closed well to grab the score in her Jersey finale.
Race 9
(4) VILLAGE JESSICA showed life in her last trip to the post and despite the rise in class, this mare has had much success at the Hilltop; gets the call. (2) ARIELLE LYNN rallied well to grab the victory in her last start at Pocono; threat. (3) EASTWOOD CRYSTAL N is seeking her first N/A score but she is knocking at the door; not out of this.
Race 10
(5) GLOBAL REVOLUTION just got up for the victory in his latest plus this gelding stays in same condition and Mr. Sears keeps the drive; the pick. (3) MACHO MASS closed well and beat lesser at big odds last week; player. (6) CENTURION ATM Qualifier at the Big M was good enough for him to make his 2017 debut.
Race 11
(5) KRISPY APPLE finally she gets class relief, has speed and Mr. Bartlett has the assignment; ready for action. (1) BARYNYA A now moves to the fence and she does have speed; major player. (2) SAIL TO THE BEACH is another that receives a better post to work with; don't overlook.
