Yonkers logo

Best Bet: SWEET TALKIN SATIN (3rd)

Spot Play: GLENFERRIE BRONTE N (4th)

MEET STATS: 88 - 374 / $600.40

BEST BETS: 18 - 35 / $69.10

Race 1

(5) BACK ON BOARD N was a fast closing third last time out and that race might be an indication he's ready to put his best foot forward against these; threat. (1) DONAU has been very game at the Meadowlands in his last three outings; factor from the rail. (7) JENERAL PATTON got the job done in his Philly finale and 6-year-old fits well in here; watch out.

Race 2

(1) SPEED IT has done nothing wrong at the Hilltop scoring his third victory here. 4-year-old now moves to the rail and despite rising up the ladder, he should keep on his winning ways. (2) LINDYLICIOUS just missed glory by a nose last out; major player. (4) LE TISSIER was second best at this level recently; don't overlook.

Race 3

(3) SWEET TALKIN SATIN gets class relief and has tactical speed to boot. Gelding has every right to be the boss over these at his best. (4) PIER HO TEMPTATION was second best against lesser company in his recent event; could have a say in the outcome. (6) STARSKYS DREAM N Sharp in his last two puts this guy right in the mix.

Race 4

(6) GLENFERRIE BRONTE N is seeking her first score of the year and based on her last try, she could greet the cameraman for pictures. (1) ROCKN RUBY N gets post relief and that might help her cause; maybe. (3) EASTWOOD CRYSTAL N has hit the board in all of her N.A. starts; not out of this.

Race 5

(3) SHUTTHEFRONTDOOR's last two trips to the post at Pocono were quite good and now she will try the half-mile oval. She is very versatile and has every right to make tonight a winning one. (1) VILLAGE JESSICA might have been used up in the early stages last out but she figures in here and Sears has the assignment; player. (6) HEAVENS LEGACY came down the center of the track but could not get to the winner in her previous try; beware.

Race 6

(2) FORT VALLEY AS moves now to door number two in hopes of bossing these wire to window. (1) BROOKLYN BOUND gets serious post relief and that should help her cause; big threat. (3) WARRAWEE ONYX is another that's gets the lucky draw and he must be considered in the exotics.

Race 7

(7) CAVIART CARI ANN Pacing mare leaves the 8-hole and has gotten the job done at this condition; can take this at her best. (8) APPLE BOTTOM JEANS was sent down the road in her latest at Dover for all the glory; post hurts but she is very capable. (5) DUBLIN ROSE charged down the center of the track to beat lesser company last out; don't overlook.

Race 8

(7) MARCH AWARENESS has wheeled off two straight victories and this gelding is in sharp form. The three-peat is clearly not out of the question if he gets another well judged drive from MacDonald. (1) FROST FREE HANOVER gets class and post relief and gets the services of Brennan; main danger. (3) CAN DO Gelding was sharp in his last two at Pocono so watch out.

Race 9

(2) MARLEE B pulled out of the pocket to get the job done in her Pocono finale. Now she is back at Yonkers and gets a cozy post to work with; gets the call with Sears at the helm. (1) IN THE SHADOWS Dover shipper was sharp against Open foes last time around; must be considered from the fence and Bartlett. (6) CHEYENNE ROBIN should do much better at this condition; we shall see.

Race 10

(8) BLOWNOUTOFTHEWATER was a fast closing third last time around so this trotter might be ready to mow them down for all the glory. (4) MOSTINTERESTINGMAN is very consistent; on the engine most of the way but he was nailed for win honors by a pumped-up Madman Hall last time out; big threat. (1) BLUE SPARK had a huge lead turning for home but she fell asleep before the wire; not out of this.

Race 11

(7) CERTIFIED IDEAL moves down the ladder, has tactical speed and Bartlett with the assignment; the pick. (1) BLACKNSWEET ADDA A is back inside where she has better success; big factor. (6) SAIL TO THE BEACH Pacing miss gets serious class relief and has speed; beware.
