Race 1
(1) CHEYENNE JEFFREY gets the luck of the draw and now he takes a slight drop in class, which very much puts him in the ballpark for win honors. (3) DONAU has shown good early pace in his last two tries, so he appears to be a big threat. (4) BEYONDTHESILENCE N seems to be knocking at the door based on his last two starts.
Race 2
(2) SUMATRA came up empty in his latest, but he is clearly better than his last one and Bartlett is keeping the faith. (1) LORD CROMWELL put in a sharp qualifier at the Meadowlands for his 2019 debut; player. (4) ZAGSTER will need a better trip in order for him to contend with these; possible.
Race 3
(3) MILLIONDOLLAR WAVE leaves the 8-hole for a good slot. Gelding can rate off the leaders and mow them down when it counts; using. (4) RURAL ART had trouble in his latest but he can rebound off his last start. (1) FIRST CLASS HORSE gets post relief and that should help his cause.
Race 4
(6) BYE BYE MICHELLE flashed good speed in his last try. She fit well in here and if the right trip comes her way, she can make tonight a winning one. (1) WESTSLUCKYCAM is on quite a roll scoring her sixth straight victory and now she moves to the fence; the one to fear despite the rise in class. (4) REGIL ELEKTRA showed life in her recent trip, so she is capable of moving forward.
Race 5
(6) NEWBORN SASSY did not fire in her last trip to the post but she does have back-class and hopefully she will stay close with these and make one run. (2) IDEAL LIFESTYLE A has been on the board in all of her starts in 2019; logical for exotics. (1) WRITE ME A SONG was late on the scene to grab the victory last time out and now she moves to the fence; watch out.
Race 6
(2) BETTOR JOY N rallied strongly at the three-quarter pole on her way to victory in her Dover finale. Mare will now try the half-mile oval and she catches a so-so group; gets the call. (4) DELIGHTFULMEMPHISN just missed the score by a nose in her last start and she gets a better post tonight; big threat. (1) MAGIC FORCES should do much better from the pole position.
Race 7
(3) APPLE BOTTOM JEANS took them all the way for glory last out at Dover Downs. Pacing mare is at the top of her game, so the move to Yonkers should not be a problem if she is able to get away cleanly. (5) QUEEN LOSTRIS N comes off three consecutive victories so she seems to be a prime contender against these. (4) BETTORS UP is knocking at the door based on her last two tries here; not out of this.
Race 8
(1) KAITLYN N did not race badly in her last start and she retains the rail. Mare can take this if she is at her best. Ohio invader (2) FEELING RED HOT seems to be the speed of the speed and good to see Brennan at the helm; main danger. (4) SHEZZA GNP N gets post relief and that might help her cause.
Race 9
This is the return of older pacing mare champ (2) SHARTIN N to the races after she put in two awesome qualifiers at Dover on 3-1 & 3-8, respectively. She should boss this group at first asking. (4) DUDESALADY was second best in her last start and she could be right in the mix. (6) BETTERB CHEVRON N put in a late rally for fourth money recently; completes the trifecta.
Race 10
(1) KOTARE YARRA N just held on for win honors in her last try. Mare takes her trade to Yonkers but she gets a solid post. She can beat these if she is able to get away cleanly. (2) SHADY CAROLINE gets serious post relief and that should help her cause. (6) PRETTY REAL DESIRE needs to return to her 2-22 start in order for her to contend in here; capable.
Race 11
(2) BRAVO TEX N seems to be heading in the right direction and gelding does have the positional speed to grab an ideal trip; using. (1) LORD OF MISRULE retains the rail slot and Brennan stays in the bike; main danger. (4) BARIMAH A came close to getting the job done in his last trip to the post; could have a say in the outcome.
Race 12
(8) ANGELS PRIDE showed signs of returning to the winner's circle based on her last start. She gets a tough draw but can get the job done if she is able to get a favorable trip and make one run. (4) EMPRESS DEO closed well for the placing in her last try; big threat. (3) WISHY WASHY GIRL was nailed for win honors in her last start and she does fit well in here; don't overlook.
