(7) SOUTHWIND TERROR was nailed for win honors last out but this gelding is good enough to get back on the winning track. (5) CARTOON DADDY moves down the ladder and that should help his cause. (2) KING ROYALTY raced evenly for show money in his last trip.
Race 2
(2) ADDWATER was late on the scene to grab the fourth spot last time around and that was from the 7-hole. Tonight he gets door number two and has the tactical speed to get the job done at his best. (4) LYONS AGAIN charged late from post eight for the 3rd money recently; threat. (5) COPPER COAST A is knocking at the door based on his last two tries.
Race 3
(2) NUCLEAR DRAGON has scored three straight victories and the gelding remains in same company; can keep on his winning ways. (1) DRUNKEN DESIRE A put in a sharp qualifier at Saratoga last week for his 2017 debut. (5) BADIX HANOVER was on the front most of the way but was caught at the wire last out.
Race 4
(4) RANCOUSY is zero for six so far this year but the good news is the gelding is moving down in class; with the right trip he can take this. (5) ARTIST NIGHT was sent down the road last out for all the glory. (2) UNBAN RENEWAL moves down to the level where he was a sharp second two trips ago.
Race 5
(2) BARRYS SHELBY gets a better post in hopes to get back into the winner's circle but will need a favorable trip; quite possible. (3) DIAMONDS COWBOY should do much better from the 3-hole. (7) NATIONAL SEELSTER does have speed and could make some noise in here.
Race 6
(5) AMERICAN GIRL Pacing mare comes by way of Ohio and is very consistent; can boss these at her best. (8) KRISPY APPLE makes her first 2017 start off an impressive qualifier last week at the Meadowlands. (2) REGIL ELEKTRA can get involved against these with a favorable trip.
Race 7
(2) CHEYENNE JEFFREY moves down in class, gets post relief and gets the services of Bartlett; the pick. (5) PAPPYS PAL was on the engine most of the way but was nailed for win honors last out. (1) RAINBOW ROMANCE N took the pocket route up the passing lane to grab the victory recently.
Race 8
(5) ANALYZE gets class relief and she was second best at this level three starts back; ready for action. (1) CAVIART CARI ANN Sharp in her last three trips to the post and now she draws the rail; likely favorite. (6) TYRA rallied strongly to grab the show spot last out.
Race 9
(7) DUBLIN ROSE ships in from Dover and has a fine record so far this year; can take this at her best. (3) PURRFECT BAGS gets post relief and that should help her cause against these. (2) MYSTICAL NECTAR closed well down the center of the track to nail down the score last week.
Race 10
(2) APPLE BOTTOM JEANS was facing much better company last time out so now this pacing mare gets post and class relief and it's good to see Bartlett with the assignment. (4) CHILLED DESIRE A got the job done via the pocket in her latest. (1) ARIELLE LYNN was in over her head facing Open foes and now the 5-year-old miss is back where she belongs; not out of this.
