Race 1
(4) VITALITY seems to be heading in the right direction with a game second-place finish last time out. Can turn the table on rival Swift As A Shadow. (2) SWIFT AS A SHADOW was late on the scene to best the top pick in their last try so he appears to be a serious threat from door number two. (1) SUNSET DREAMER gets post relief and that should help his cause.
Race 2
(4) RURAL ART just got up for win honors recently. Gelding could be a handful once again with another fine trip. (2) I FOUND MY BEACH is one of the expected speeds and veteran could be quite dangerous if he is able to control the tempo. (5) ROCK ICON was sent down the road in his last one for all the glory, so he must be respected for the repeat with another sharp effort.
Race 3
(5) ARDIE B SPEED gets serious class relief and Brennan returns in the bike. Can boss these if he is able to bring his A-game to the table. (4) WILD AGAIN was a solid second in his last trip to the post; stands to improve. (2) STARSKYS DREAM N will need to revert to his November 26th third-place finish if he has any chance with these; capable.
Race 4
(2) CHUCARO ACERO BC is clearly knocking at the door. Has the positional speed to work out an ideal trip, so he should make his presence felt against these. (3) LONE RAIDER moves back inside in which very much puts him in the ballpark; big factor. (4) TRIPLE SEELSTER could have a say in the outcome if he can return to his late rally victory two trips ago.
Race 5
(4) CHEYENNE TRIENGEL got the job done in her last start and now she moves up the ladder. Pacing mare's form is quite good so despite the rise in class, she can make it two straight with another well-judged run. (1) BROWN BRINNY seems to be moving in the right direction based on her last start; main danger. (6) BYE BYE MICHELLE did not race badly last out so she must be considered in all the exotic slots.
Race 6
(7) DELIGHTFULMEMPHISN gets class relief off just a fair performance last out. Was a game second two trips ago with Bartlett at the helm and now these two team up once again. If she brings her A-game to the table she will greet the cameraman for pictures. (3) CLEAR IDEA has wheeled off two straight victories, so despite the rise in condition she must be respected. (2) MILADY DENVER A put in a good rally to nail down the place spot recently; should make her presence felt late again.
Race 7
Will give the nod to (6) ALL ABOUT MADI in hopes she will put it all together. Pacing mare is in a good spot as any in here and she should get an honest pace to chase. Expecting improvement with a well-judged run. (4) SHEZ SUGARSWEET A just ran out of gas but was a sharp second in her first attempt here against lesser company recently, so she must be considered in all the exotic slots. (3) HIDDEN LAND will need a better trip in order for her to make an impact with these; possible.
Race 8
(6) COVEREDNDIAMONDS N was sharp in both of her last two tries. Gets a tough draw tonight, however she's in solid form to overcome the outside slot; could be tough to reel in. (2) SHESJUSTADELIGHT N seems to be knocking at the door based on her last second-place finish; big threat. (3) BEST OF JENNA gets serious post relief and that should help her cause; watch out.
Race 9
Seems (7) MACON GEORGIA A is heading in the right direction. Gelding stays in the $30K claiming ranks, so if he is at his best he could make tonight a winning one despite the move to door number seven. (3) ACE OF CLUBS has put in two solid efforts in a row and he could be a handful against these with another favorable trip. (5) FIRST CLASS HORSE took the pocket route on his way to victory recently, so he is clearly not out of this event if he gets away cleanly.
Race 10
(3) SHANE ADAM makes his return to Yonkers where he has the best success and it is good to see Bartlett at the helm where they teamed up for win honors on November 3rd. (6) VAGUE TRACES seems to be heading in the right direction with a game second-place finish recently; must be respected. (5) LETTUCEROCKTHEM A did not fire in his last try but he is clearly better than his last flop; do not overlook.
