Race 1 - NW5000L5 / 12500CLM Pace
(2) KEVIN KLINE N moves in from post eight to the two-hole in his third try against bottom level foes and he did win at Yonkers earlier this year. (5) KOPI LUWAK drops again and is likely to be favored given he shows a third against NW7500L5s and a second against $50,000 claimers in his lines. (4) DANCE PARTNER gets a third crack against NW5000L5s here and was third in this class last Tuesday.

Race 2 - NW10781L5 / Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW7500L5 Pace
(1) CHURCHVIEWFRANKL IR gets a post relief/class drop combo here and was third against tougher NW20000L5s from the pole on July 14. (2) THE GREEK FREAK has an in-and-out pattern going, and if that holds tonight, he should fire off a good effort. He cut the fractions and was third at this level two back. (5) DUNKIN' starts his ascent back up the ladder here off a victory last Tuesday. He just missed by a nose in the NW10000L5 race that THE GREEK FREAK was third in on 7-13.
Race 3 - 20000CLM Pace
(1) ONYX BOVINO faces open $20,000 claimers rather than age-restricted ones tonight, but he won when last seen on 7-22 and has a significant post edge on the other logical-looking ones, so I'll give him top call. (5) ALABAMAJAMMA was second to my top selection when they met on July 22 and has been sharp for a while overall. He debuts for new connections off a claim here. (6) SAILBOAT HANOVER is moving up from the $15,000 claiming class but is doing so off back-to-back victories.
Race 4 - 50000CLM Pace
(6) IKNOWBETTER starts from the outside but romped when he dropped down to this class on 7-22 and races out of the hottest stable at the track right now. (3) BETTOR BY SEASIDE was second to IKNOWBETTER in that event on July 22 and does have a post edge on him here. (1) KEAYANG KAMIKAZE A was fourth last Tuesday despite getting parked throughout and shows a recent win and a third in other classes at Yonkers.
Race 5 - NW7500L5 / Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5 Pace
(5) COALFORD TOPGUY GB cut the fractions and was third against NW10000L5 base class rivals last Tuesday and gets to drop again tonight. (2) SILKY CHOICE lost all chance with an equipment break on July 28 but makes his second start out of a high-percentage stable here with a drop and post relief to go with it. (3) PRINTVILLE has been finishing out his recent miles pretty well against tougher competition, so hopefully he'll appreciate sliding down a notch on the ladder. He also moves in on the gate to the three-hole.
Race 6 - Winners of 2 but not more than 4 PM Races or 60000LT / NW2 PM Races or 30000LT Draw Inside Trot
(5) TREGARON raced well enough to catch my attention on July 22, and he makes his second start out of a high-percentage stable tonight. I'll give him a shot on top. (2) GOYA won the race my top selection exits on 7-22 and also owns a victory in this class back on June 6. (7) CHAPTER GEO J is probably the one to beat but I can't take a short price on a 3-year-old stakes horse from a bad post and with further stakes engagements on the horizon.
Race 7 - 30000CLM Pace
(1) STELLAR YANKEE has an inside post for the first time in a bit and also drops out of the $40,000 claiming and NW15000L5 levels. I expect he'll be handled aggressively with Dan Dube going in the bike. (3) BOILING OAR closed well in a second-place finish in this class last Monday and slides in on the gate from the six-hole to post three. (4) TOPVILLE SOMEBEACH tired in the same race that BOILING OAR exits but is now back in the stable that he won out of by six lengths and in a lifetime mark on the 29th of June.

Race 8 - NW7500L5 / Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5 Pace
(4) MYSWEETBOYMAX continues to work his way down in class tonight and also moves in on the gate. Let's hope the wake-up call comes tonight as he shows a pair of seconds against NW10000L5s and NW15000L5s as recently as June. (1) ORLANDO BLUE A has hit the board in both of his tries since he joined this high-percentage stable and slides in from post five to the pole position. (3) THE MIKI TAKER A hasn't won in a long time but did finish in the runner-up spot at this level two back.
Race 9 - 15000CLM Pace
(2) DELIGHTFUL TERROR should get back into contention tonight with a move in on the gate from the seven-hole to post two, and he was second against $15,000 claimers on both 7-10 and 7-20. (1) SHINE A LIGHT has shown a couple of chinks in his armor with runner-up results in his last pair, and given he's probably going to be 1-9 again, I'll take a stand against for the win. (5) BLOCKBUSTER TRADE should have picked up confidence with a handy win at this level last Monday and has hit the board in three out of his last four tries overall.
