Race 1 - F&M 20000CLM Pace

(3) TYRA MAKES BANK has had success in this class before and gets a bit of post relief tonight off a third-place effort in her last outing on 7-30. (2) UNITY is riding a two-race win streak and also tallied twice back in late June and early July. She goes for new connections here after being claimed again last Wednesday. (4) TERACITA hasn't threatened in her last pair but does show two victories at this level and a runner-up result, too. I'll include in the hopes of an improved effort.

Race 2 - F&M 20000CLM Pace

(6) HARPER SEELSTER tired after getting parked last Wednesday, but I like that she was handled aggressively again, and she catches a field here that lacks a standout. (4) PROVE EM WRONG turned in a better effort a week ago by finishing second in this class and will look to build on that here. (1) EVAS SPORTS CZECH hit the board for the first time in a while last week, perhaps signaling her form is returning. She moves in from post six to the pole position as well.

Race 3 - F&M 20000CLM Pace

(2) PLEASURE SEEKER drew inside tonight after having two eight-holes and post six in her last three outings. She was racing well prior to when the outside post positions started happening and was Jim Marohn Jr.'s choice. (5) PINK RUBY is in great form and comes off a victory last Wednesday. I expect she'll be the favorite and the one to beat again. (1) REAL LADY SADIE comes in with two straight second-place results and did win at this level back in mid-June. She lost Marohn Jr. to my top selection but picks up the often-aggressive Brent Holland.

Race 4 - 40000CLM Pace

(6) GENTLE GIANT steps up from the age-restricted $30,000 claimers but has raced very well in his last three outings and was re-claimed by the hot Andrew Adamczyk stable. (4) OZONE BLUE CHIP rebounded last week with a gaining third-place finish following a difficult trip on July 29. He prevailed twice at this level in July and adds Scott Zeron in the bike. (1) OAKWOODNITOWNIT IR has been on the shelf since March but returns here off a winning qualifier at Pocono. He starts from the pole and races from a stable that's sent out some live horses lately.

Race 5 - NW7601L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5 Pace

(7) GDS THUNDER GB was favored in a $40,000 claiming handicap event a week ago but got shuffled on the inside and was too far back despite closing well. He makes his third start back after a qualifier tonight, and I'll give him another shot in the hopes of a better trip. (3) BRUTALLYHANDSOME A has a post relief/class drop combo going for him here and gets reunited with Jordan Stratton, who guided him to a handy victory at Tioga two starts back. (1) ALEX TYE moves inside on the gate to the pole position after finishing a good second from the pocket a t this level last Wednesday.

Race 6 - F&M 20000CLM Pace

(2) SHOTGUN PERSUASION came up empty on the front-end last week but was re-claimed by trainer Matias Ruiz, who won with her in two outings prior to that. I'll look for a quick rebound and put her on top. (6) SHEIKH YABOOTY N remains dangerous in this class every time she shows up. She was claimed by trainer Chris Height out of her latest on-the-board finish a week ago and gets a new driver in Holland. (5) DANDY'S SHOWTIME went a long way on the front-end before ending up third the last time she was at Yonkers on 7-23 and makes her second start on Lasix tonight.

Race 7 - NW of 2 but not more than 4 PM Races or 60000LT / NW1 or 15000LT Draw Inside Trot

(4) WIN TOGETHER S scored impressively in this class on 7-20 and then had trot from off-the-pace in a subsequent effort on July 27. He picks up Scott Zeron for the first time tonight and moves in a couple of slots on the gate. (3) FULL SCALE is just two-for-42 in the win column but has hit the board in five straight tries and makes his third start out of the Adamczyk stable. (2) STARLITCRESENTROLL was second at 58-1 at this level last Wednesday and I'll toss him in underneath in the hopes of a similar performance.

Race 8 - 30000CLM Pace

(3) WICHITA LINEMAN drops out of the $40,000 claiming class and gets post relief to go with it. The last time he was in a $30,000 claimer back on 7-12, he came up just a nose short of winning. (1) CAVIART ROCKLAND hasn't been out of the top three in two outings since Adamczyk took over the training and has the pole position again. (2) GENIUS MAN didn't threaten from the seven-hole last Monday but won two straight at this level prior to that. He moves back in on the gate to post two and gets a driver switch to Holland for new trainer Dennis Laterza tonight.

Race 9 - NW5000L5/12500CLM Pace

(5) LOUS THE ATTITUDE hung around to get fourth despite a parked-out trip last Wednesday. He hasn't found the winner's circle yet this year but races out of the high-percentage Per Engblom stable, and I think he's capable with a smoother journey tonight. (1) SOUTHBEACH HANOVER returns on a quick turnaround after he won in this class on Friday (August 9). (2) JACK'S LEGEND N gained some ground in the final quarter of a third-placed-second performance a week ago. I'll toss him in the mix underneath in this event.

Race 10 - 20000CLM Pace

(1) SNOUZE U LOUZE went two nice miles after joining his current stable and ships north to Yonkers off a victory. He starts from the pole and has prior half-mile track experience from down at Harrington. (4) B COOL FOOL woke up with a winning performance for Engblom last Wednesday and was bet down to even-money to boot. Zeron takes over the driving tonight as Jason Bartlett isn't here. (2) QUATRAIN BLUE CHIP has just a single triumph in the last two seasons but has been able to work his way onto the ticket three times since dropping to this class.
