(4) ROLL WITH SHORTY wasn't driver Brent Holland's choice, as he stuck with my top selection, but gets an aggressive driver in Joe Bongiorno and has a couple of thirds in her last two tries. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2 - NW5700L5 Trot (6) MAGIC MVP double-drops after finishing third against NW10000L5's a week ago and kept George Brennan's services over others. (1) SHOWMEYOURGUNS came in second the last time he raced at the bottom level back in April and returns to it here. He also has significant post relief. (2) EV'S GIRL wound up first-over last Wednesday and couldn't match strides with the well-meant Limerence. She did hold second, though, and could be sharper tonight as she makes her second start after a layoff. [DRF BETS: Wager on tonight's Yonkers card at DRF Bets.com!] Race 3 - F&M NW2/25000LT Pace (5) AINT SHE PERFECT posted four straight on-the-board finishes at Woodbine Mohawk Park in March and April before racing was shut down in Ontario and is now based out of the high-percentage Nick Devita barn. She also picks up leading driver Jordan Stratton. (2) ITALIA SEELSTER worked hard to get the lead from the nine-hole at Pocono most recently and tired. She drew inside tonight, and her third-place result two back was encouraging. (8) VIVA LA DEO won handily over maidens at Harrah's Philadelphia on June 2 and gives Yonkers a try. She's the morning line favorite and does get a driver who knows how to make speed in Dan Dube. Race 4 - NW5000L5/12500CLM Trot (8) CRAZYCAT is stuck with post eight, but I think he might just have a little bit too much class for these as he drops again following a third-place finish against NW7500L5's last Wednesday. (3) NEW YORK CHAPTER hasn't shown much since the Bongiorno claim and did break a week ago, but he gets an inside post for the first time for Jenn and Joe, and that might be all it takes for a better effort. (6) WILLIE B WORTHY invades from Pocono where he's been racing at their NW6000L5 level. He did finish third on May 10 and May 17 and picks up Stratton. Race 5 - F&M NW4/50000LT Pace (5) OLIVIA BLU charged home in a sire stakes leg at Saratoga to finish just a nose behind the undefeated-in-2021 Heart Of Mine. That was an eye-catching effort and hopefully she can back it up tonight. (6) MOSSDALE LOTTEE N is a known commodity at this NW4 level, and I won't hold that second-place effort at 2-5 last week against her too much as it was very difficult to make up any ground from off-the-pace through the program. (3) DELIGHTFUL Z TAM has four wins and two seconds in her last six tries and won nicely in the Excelsior A Series at Saratoga. Race 6 - NW7500L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5/15000CLM Trot (2) WARRAWEE SHIPSHAPE picked up positions and ground in the last quarter a week ago and now drops a notch in class from another inside draw. I'll use. (3) SVF CASH DEPOSIT raced in the same event as my top pick last Wednesday but couldn't get involved from the eight-hole. He gets relief in that department here and gets another shot with Stratton. (5) LIMERENCE is moving up a level but is doing so off a romping victory versus NW5000L5 company. I don't think this is out of his comfort zone and will include. Race 7 - F&M NW4/58800LT Pace (2) SUNRISE HANOVER prevailed pretty impressively from first-over in the corresponding class to this one over at Pocono with trainer Mike Simons driving in her last race, and now she picks up Jason Bartlett tonight. (8) LARJON LEAH has plenty of experience with bad draws at Yonkers and has perfomed well from them, so she'll likely be a contender as she gets to slide down out of the NW6's. (4) WAKEMESHAKEME went to the lead a week ago and absolutely cruised in a sharp effort. The track was favoring speed that night, so we'll see what the tactics are this time. Race 8 - F&M NW5000L5/12500CLM Pace (3) KAITLYN N has been knocking at the door at the Meadowlands in recent starts and returns tonight to Yonkers at the bottom level. (1) FLIRTY FORTY disappointed a week ago when she broke stride early, but she remains against NW5000L5's here and does get a new driver in Brennan. (4) LYNBAR ROSE N went over to the Meadowlands after the claim by trainer Juan Cano and made a miscue. She quickly returns to the half-mile oval, and she was in good form throughout the month of May. [DRF BETS: Wager on tonight's Yonkers card at DRF Bets.com!] Race 9 - NW10250L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW7500L5/20000CLM Trot (8) TOP FLIGHT ANGEL owns a good history at the track, including a victory in the Yonkers Trot a few years ago. He does have post eight, but I think this is a good fit for him class-wise, and I'm willing to give him a shot. (2) LADY EAGLE got the job done a week ago in her third start out of the Gil Garcia-Herrera barn and has another inside starting spot tonight. (1) HOBBS was second to Lady Eagle last Wednesday. He does have the post advantage on her this time, so maybe Bartlett will try and step to the front on this occasion. Race 10 - F&M NW7/79000LT Pace (6) LAURIE LEE did make up some ground in the final quarter last Wednesday to finish third, so I'll give her a few extra points for being able to overcome the bias that night. Hopefully it's more fair tonight and she'll have a better result. (3) GALLERIA GAL was one of the front-stepping winners from a week ago, as she posted her first win of 2021. That might have raised her confidence and she can quickly double up. (1) HIGH MINDED is one of two 3-year-olds in this race. She invades from The Meadows, where she won a division of the PA Stallion Series in a quick time with a strong last quarter.
