Race 1 - F&M NW8/100000LT / NW6/75000LT Drawn Inside Pace

(3) PRECIOUS ALEXIS ships in after making all of her 2021 starts at Dover and Pocono. I thought her last race in Delaware was good against solid competition, and she gets a chance with Yannick Gingras here, which could mean aggressive handling. (5) STOWAWAY HANOVER is one of the hottest horses at Yonkers right now with three straight wins, and she usually offers some value, too. (4) PAIGE'S GIRL starts from an improved post this week after gaining spots and ground in the last quarter a week ago.

Race 2 - F&M NW6/75000LT Pace

(3) GALLERIA GAL was a horse I used last week, but it looked like she probably needed the race, and she had the misfortune of running into Stowaway Hanover. I will give her another chance. (4) MOANING LISA owns a win over NW6's back on February 17 and is another one who could improve tonight as she had a gap in her schedule coming into her fourth-place effort last Wednesday. (6) ROSE RUN VICTORIA won an Ontario Sires Stakes Super Final last year, so she does have some class to her. I think she'll be sitting off-the-pace and hoping to close.

Race 3 - F&M NW2/25000LT Pace

(3) BEACH MOMENT comes down from Woodbine Mohawk Park off a handy win over their NW2 class, and she picked up experience racing on half-mile tracks north of the border as a 2-year-old. (1) RCKAROUNDTHECLOCK N is three-for-three at Saratoga but had to settle for third in her one appearance at Yonkers on 3-10. I will try and beat her at what should be low odds. (4) UPTOWN CALLIE hit the board against NW4 company last Wednesday and gets to slide back down to the NW2 level tonight.

Race 4 - NW10800L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW7500L5/20000CLM Trot

(7) BULLY BOY continues his ascent up the class ladder tonight. His last two wins have been visually impressive, and I think he has enough speed to get to the lead again from the same post seven he's had in his victories. (4) BARRY BLACK gets a chance to drop a level here, and I think that should make him a contender. (1) GOES DOWN SMOOTH was second to Melady's Monet, who would be 1-20 against these, when he last raced at Yonkers on March 26, but he broke in a subsequent effort at Freehold. I think he might be favored, and coming off that miscue, I'll take a stand against.

Race 5 - NW5000L5/12500CLM Trot

(1) UKNOW WHAT TO DO has raced at and won at Yonkers before, albeit back in 2017 and 2018. He catches the right type of field to make an immediate impact against as he comes north from Florida, and I'll give him a shot. (4) CYCLONE MAXIMUS gets another chance with Jordan Stratton tonight and doesn't have to race against Bully Boy, who he's met up with a couple of times in the last month. (8) HAMMER CREEK might have enough speed to get positioned from the eight-hole, and it took a big effort from Dew Can Dew to wear him down a week ago.

Race 6 - John Brennan Series Trot

(6) P L NOTSONICE put in a nice effort from first-over to wind up third behind the talented Get Legs last week and doesn't meet up with anybody that imposing tonight. (4) WINDSONG PIONEER prevailed in his division of the second round of this series in game fashion, holding off a determined first-over bid from the favorite. (1) SWISS HOUSE ONFIRE slides inside to the pole position this time, and should be on or near the lead.

Race 7 - John Brennan Series Trot

(4) LADY JETER prevailed a couple weeks ago with Gingras driving, and he returns to the bike here after she finished second with Scott Zeron last Wednesday. (1) GET LEGS is just too fast for these as long as he minds his manners, but I'll take a shot against again rather than accept 1-20. (6) GUILTY DESIRE owns a victory and a third-place finish in the John Brennan Trotting Series thus far and Stratton should know him better after piloting him last week.

Race 8 - John Brennan Series Trot

(2) LIFETIME ROYALTY turned in an improved effort last week after being a little disappointing in leg one of this series. He had good company lines coming into this event and probably needs a win here to make the final, so let's hope it happens. (3) TIMON AS came through with a victory after a pocket trip in his division last Wednesday and got the nod from Tyler Buter here over another favorite he drove. (4) GRINDER is the one that Buter hopped off of after he just missed by a nose after a first-over try against Windsong Pioneer. Greg Merton picks up the live drive.

Race 9 - NW7500L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5/15000CLM Trot

(4) GETTIN MESSI starts out of the Jenn Bongiorno barn for the first time and has an improved post position. He probably merits a shot in this wide-open race. (1) WARRAWEE SHIPSHAPE ships in from Ohio for one of the top trainers in that part of the country in Bill Rhoades. Rhoades has sent a string of horses to the East Coast, and this one looks like a fit as he beat $15,000 claimers in his last appearance at Northfield. (3) TOTAL DIVA out-raced her odds last Wednesday as she was second to Bully Boy from first-over. She's just one for her last 31 in the win column, but I certainly respect that performance.

Race 10 - F&M NW4/50000LT Pace

(3) SPRECKLES woke up in a serious way last time out at Rosecroft, and I have to think it's a positive sign of intent that they shipped her all the way up to Yonkers tonight. She has won here before, too, so I'll give her a chance. (4) CHELSKI was on a run of good form but then stepped up to NW4 class and ran into a hot horse in Ready Set Rock. I think this is a more favorable field for her chances, and I'll include. (1) MARILYN'S JO out-kicked a big favorite after a pocket trip to win in her second try of 2021 a week ago. She should get plenty of respect off that mile.
