Race 1 - F&M NW2/37800LT Pace

(6) PRAY THE ROSARY clobbered NW4's at Yonkers on 12-15 and then finished well in her 2021 debut at the Meadowlands. She gets to race NW2's tonight with the expanded lifetime earnings cap in this event, and I'll use. (2) LITTLE SANDY TOES is another horse taking advantage of the non-winners of $37,800 condition to slide down from NW4's. The last time she got to compete in this class, she won on the 10th of November. (3) ACEFORTYFOUR RIVER finished second after doing the work from first-over last Wednesday. She has finished as the winner or the runner-up in her last three.

Race 2 - NW5000L5/12500CLM Trot

(3) HAMMER CREEK was Brent Holland's choice in here and exits a gaining fourth-place result from post nine over at the Meadowlands on 1-8. (5) PRESIDENTE ZETTE finished a closing third in a stout NW5000L5 over at Freehold that included the likes of the classy Casino Cutie IT, and his win and second-place efforts against NW7000L5's on the page at Harrah's Philadelphia stick out against these. (4) NOTHING BUT MUSCLE looks like an underneath horse more than a win candidate as he comes down from Canada for Carmen Auciello. Holland was listed but took my top pick, so Jason Bartlett takes over.

Race 3 - NW5000L5/12500CLM Trot

(3) INTEROVER took one chance against stronger optional claimers to start out her 6-year-old campaign and now slides back down to the bottom level that she won at on the 15th of December. (8) WINNERESS retained Daniel Dube over my top selection, and though he starts from the worst post, gets additional class relief tonight after facing better lately at Harrah's Philadelphia. (4) ICINGON DE CUPCAKE raced at Yonkers some in 2019 and has plenty of half-mile experience. He was well-positioned last time out at the Meadowlands but couldn't rally, and while I'll use underneath, I'll play against for win.

Race 4 - F&M NW5000L5/12500CLM Pace

(2) MOTU MOONBEAM N had a first-over trip last time out at Freehold and gave way in the stretch, but was racing well locally in December, including a clear win over NW7500L5's. (3) LA ALWAYS AMARTINI responded with a better performance last week when Dube took back over the driving, and she starts from an improved post here. (5) GIRL'S GOT RHYTHM gained positions and ground in the final quarter in the same race LA Always AMartini comes out and also gets a bit of post relief.

Race 5 - NW7500L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5/15000CLM Trot

(6) DIRTY SECRET steps up in class tonight off a dead-heat win against optional $12,500 claimers on 1-12. Trainer Ken Koch is off to a fast start in 2021, and I'll hope that continues here. (4) IN MY DREAMS picked up a couple spots and made up some ground in the final quarter last Wednesday and gets a much better post to start from here, which should allow driver Mark MacDonald to be more aggressive with him. (3) LIVING PROOF I AM ships back over to Yonkers after closing from ninth to fifth in an appearance at the Meadowlands on the 2nd of January. He hit the board in three of his four chances here in November and December.

Race 6 - F&M NW4/50000LT Pace

(2) PAIGE'S GIRL gets an inside post here after having the eight-hole in her last pair, and I wouldn't be surprised to see a change in tactics coming from driver Scott Zeron. (7) SOMEBEACHSOMEFRA owns two straight victories over NW4's and gets another chance to compete in the class tonight. She overcame this same draw last week, digging in gamely to stay in front. (1) MOANING LISA's good fortune with posts continues tonight as she has the pole position again. She was second-best to Somebeachsomefra last Wednesday when favored, and I would think she'll get plenty of wagering attention again.

Race 7 - NW7800L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5/15000CLM Trot

(6) MY LINDY WINNER overcame a tough two-wide journey from post eight to finish second against NW10000L5's in his last try on 12-22, and though he has a gap in his schedule, I'll hope the class relief offsets it and give him a chance. (1) SWANS HONEY cruised to a facile win over NW5000L5's last Wednesday when Joe Bongiorno took over the driving, and though he moves up in class, he looms an intimidating presence from the pole position. (2) TAD KRAZY HANOVER was entered a week ago but was scratched sick. I'll trust there are no lingering issues since she's right back in the box and include based on her romping win on 12-1 and subsequent third-place performance against NW7500L5's.

Race 8 - F&M NW6/75000LT / NW8/100000LT Drawn Outside Pace

(4) MAN DONTFORGET ME hit the board in 17 of 19 starts in 2020, including seven victories. She won a leg of the Niagara Series at Woodbine Mohawk Park in her second start out of the Auciello barn and has a good history on the half-mile oval at Northfield. (8) DEMETER N won over NW8's last week and looks like she might have enough early speed to overcome the eight-hole. (1) ARDEN HANOVER advanced from fifth to third in the last quarter in a race won by Demeter N on 12-15 and moves inside to the pole position tonight.

Race 9 - NW10000L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW7500L5/20000CLM Trot

(4) THISISSHE upset a solid field at the Meadowlands on January 2 and defeated NW10000L5's at Yonkers on 12-1. (2) ARMAGEDON SEELSTER lands in a much more reasonable spot tonight after being in the Open at Dover Downs in his last couple of starts. He's another horse who scored his last win at this level. (5) LADY EAGLE is another Koch trainee who has already won in 2021 as she vaulted off cover to down NW7500L5's a week ago, and it's certainly possible she will get the same type of trip here from the mid-pack post.

Race 10 - F&M NW7500L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5/15000CLM Pace

(4) KAY'S DELIGHT stunned many with a 51-1 upset in the NW7500L5 class at the Meadowlands on December 26 and wasn't bad in a subsequent appearance over there against better. I'll slot on top in this wide-open nightcap. (6) BRONZE OVER N drops down tonight after facing better since defeating NW7500L5's back on the 15th of October. (3) ROLLING GOING GONE ships in from Harrah's Philadelphia in solid form, having finished first, second, or third in five of her last seven efforts.
