Race 1 - NW7500L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5 Pace
(2) AUSSIE HANOVER drops out of tougher spots over in Pennsylvania and gets post relief off his last mile at Pocono, too. (4) CAVIART ROCKLAND has a trainer change to Per Engblom, and that usually results in improvement. He won in a similar class to this at Pocono on August 5. (3) MY CARBON COPY N slide down from the NW10000L5 level and was second the last time he faced NW7500L5's at Yonkers on the 22nd of September.

Race 2 - 15000CLM Pace
(7) I'M BENICIO A is going to get another shot from me this week as he drops out of the $20,000 claimers and owns some impressive victories out of town. He was also George Brennan's choice. (1) TOATSMYGOATS has raced well in this class, and given some recent gaps in his schedule, I'm sure the connections want to take advantage while he's on the track. (3) SEAFARER was third as the favorite at this level a week ago and adds Jason Bartlett in the bike.

Race 3 - 20000CLM Pace
(3) I'M J BEE N comes in off a sick scratch but rallied from last to second at Harrah's Philadelphia prior to that and has won at Yonkers before. (4) BETTER UP has won back-to-back races at this level by a nose but has been off since 10-18. I'll slot underneath. (1) PRESTIGE SEELSTER looks like he's found the proper class at Yonkers as he's turned in two straight solid performances and has the pole position to help his chances tonight.
Race 4 - F&M NW2/25000LT / F&M NW1/12500LT Draw Inside Pace
(4) J M SPEAK EASY ships south from Canada with some good half-mile track form and meets up with a beatable crew tonight. (5) HUNGRY FOR MONEY has back-to-back runner-up finishes and that's where I'm going to put her again as her one-for-32 lifetime win record makes her hard to endorse on top. (6) HERE WE GO BB saw her run of top three results end on 10-25 as she wound up first-over. She retains Bartlett and tallied at Yonkers in late September.
Race 5 - NW2/25000LT Trot
(5) WARRAWEE YIMA makes his second start back after a layoff and faces NW2's after meeting NW4's in his comeback at Pocono. The fact he's won at Yonkers before is a positive, too. (4) KOVU AS has missed the board only three times this year and comes over from the Meadowlands off a third-place finish. (2) NEWTOWNS BLACKGOLD shows two third-place results in this class at Yonkers and has Bartlett to drive again.
Race 6 - 3-5YO Open Pace
(7) RED RIGHT HAND starts from the outside but won from the six-hole on 10-8 and is back on a weekly racing schedule tonight. (2) PLEASELETMEKNOW closed well from off-the-pace last Wednesday and won two straight at this level back in July. (4) HAZEVILLE has been sharp lately, including a runner-up finish in this class a week ago.
Race 7 - NW4/50817L5 Trot
(5) BEACON BEACH didn't have much of a chance from the eight-hole a week ago but did gain a bunch of spots and ground and gets post relief off that performance. He won at Yonkers on October 4 and gets a new driver with Jim Pantaleano hopping in the bike. (3) ENOLA had a good enough season in Canada to make her Ontario Sires Stakes Super Final. She debuts for Ron Burke tonight but has not won in 2023. (1) TOMBSTONE is stepping up in class but is doing so off a victory over NW2's and drew the pole position.

Race 8 - F&M NW4/50000LT Pace
(3) DONTKARENIDO suffered her first local defeat a week ago but had all kinds of pace in the stretch, and I think she'll be much closer to the action from a better post. (2) LA MAMBACITA makes her second start for trainer Nik Drennan and gets to move inside on the gate from the seven-hole to post two. She also switches drivers to Brennan. (6) DEVILISH DREAMS finished third in this class last Wednesday after doing the first-over work and had a bit of a gap in her schedule coming into that effort.
Race 9 - NW6/75000LT Trot
(3) OH LOOK MAGIC debuts for Ron Burke after making his Ontario Sires Stakes Super Final. Like Enola back in race seven, he hasn't won this year, but one of his best performances was on the half-mile track at Grand River on 8-14. (4) IMMANUEL K S makes his second start for trainer Per Engblom and on Lasix. I'll look for him to improve. (6) PEMBROKE MONI put in a big effort to just miss last week and has hit the board in six straight tries.
