Race 1 - NW2/30000LT Trot

(8) IN SESSION will have to overcome the eight-hole, but horses that come south from Woodbine Mohawk Park into this stable are often live, and I'll give him a try against a fairly blank field. (1) DEMIROSE is another Canadian invader. Like my top pick she's just one-for-16 in the win column this year but is on nice run of on-the-board results. (4) B TOTALLY NUDE made an uncharacteristic break last week but has four finishes in the trifecta in her last seven tries overall and gets post relief here in her second outing on Lasix.

Race 2 - 15000CLM Pace

(1) CHESTERMAN has by far the best post he's had here at Yonkers and hopefully that means he can be closer to the action like when he was racing well at Harrington in September. (4) SOUTHWIND IRON owns two victories and a second in three outings against $15,000 claimers and got the nod from Bartlett over another contender. (8) SHINE A LIGHT is stuck outside but has been a dominant horse in this class throughout the year and lately has been showing the ability to race well both on the lead and from off-the-pace.

Race 3 - Winners of 2 but not more than 4 PM Races or 60000LT Trot

(2) SV MR T posted another romping win in this class a week ago and now moves in from post seven to the two-hole to boot. (3) EVANGELISTA FACE S gets post relief in her second U.S. outing for high-percentage connections, and I anticipate she'll improve off her fifth-place effort on October 7. (4) STONEBRIDGE WINGS has hit the board in five of his last seven tries, including a third in his Ontario Sires Stakes Grassroots Series final at Woodbine Mohawk Park two back.

Race 4 - F&M NW2/30000LT / NW This Class Last Start Pace

(1) LEXINGTON QUEEN N is two-for-two in this class in the U.S. so far and should have every shot to keep that perfect record intact from the pole position. (7) GRAND YANKEE put in a good effort to finish second to LEXINGTON QUEEN N a week ago and gets to partner with Brent Holland again. (5) LOVE ON THE RUN wound up on bad cover last week and had to settle for fourth but had scored back-to-back victories at Harrah's Philadelphia and Yonkers prior to that.

Race 5 - 15000CLM Pace

(5) TRICKY CAPTAIN N hung around to finish fourth despite getting parked on 10-26 and shows victories against $15,000 both at Harrah's Philadelphia and Yonkers. (3) MAD RIVER is another one in here looking for a better trip after he got left on the outside a week ago. He moves in from the eight-hole to post three here for high-percentage connections. (1) LETSMAKELOTSAMONEY enters with back-to-back wins at this level and has the pole position tonight.

Race 6 - NW7600L5 / Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5 Pace

(6) PLAY ACTION PASS was in the 3-6YO Open when last seen locally in late August and early September and hopefully aggressive tactics are ahead with the driver switch to Yannick Gingras. (5) HEZA CHARTTOPPER A drops, gets post relief and is reunited with Bartlett here. They finished third together against tougher NW15000L5 foes on 10-19. (3) JUST ENUFF STUFF drops out of the $40,000 claiming class and his last win came at this level back on the 16th of September.

Race 7 - 20000CLM Pace

(6) ZEBS KRAFTY didn't get involved from post seven last week but won in this class prior to that and gets a chance to partner with Bartlett. (5) PAXAMILLION scored when he dropped down to this level a week ago and that should have given him plenty of confidence coming into this tilt. (4) CAPTAIN AWESOME slides down from the $30,000 claimers and gets a driver switch to Gingras to go with it. He shows recent victories against both open and age-restricted $20,000 claiming company at Yonkers.

Race 8 - Winners of 5 but not more than 7 PM Races or 90000LT Trot

(2) PONY CHROME makes her Yonkers debut here with six straight victories out of town and was a recent addition to the Burke Brigade. (1) APEX TRACKER starts from the pole and has closed with two straight 28 and change final quarters since the miscue on the 30th of September. (5) DOLLAR DRAFT slides in on the gate from the eight-hole to post five this time and just missed by a head in another good effort at this level on 10-21.

Race 9 - F&M Winners of 2 but not more than 4 PM Races or 60000LT Pace

(2) EXISTENTIAL returns to Yonkers off a closing runner-up finish in the Simpson at Pocono and was racing well in this class prior to that. (3) AARDIES A WASH comes up from Harrah's Philadelphia was four on-the-board results in her last five outings and Bartlett takes over the driving. (4) AMIRA HANOVER tired in the same Simpson division that my top selection exits but her overall form is sharp and trainer Joe Bongiorno takes back over the driving.
