Race 1 - 15000CLM Pace

(5) ROCK THIS WAY just needs some pace to chase to set up his closing kick, and I think it's better for him when he draws in the middle of the gate like he has tonight. (2) YOUR BROTHER has finished second two times in-a-row at long odds and gets significant post relief this week. (7) ITALIAN DELIGHT N remains the one to beat in this class but he does move back outside on the gate, and the competition has been closer to him in his last three tries.

Race 2 - 15000CLM Pace

(4) LUCIANO N didn't have a great trip a couple of weeks ago and wasn't a factor. I'll hope he switches back to more aggressive tactics this time as he did win at this level on 10-16 and there isn't a super-obvious standout in this event. (2) JUST A WRANGLER held on to win last week after cutting the fractions and now shows three victories in this class. Jason Bartlett opted off this time, so he gets to team up with Yannick Gingras. (1) HURRIKANE GEORGIE hasn't been able to find the winner's circle in 2024 but is moving inside on the gate and getting a driver switch to Brent Holland.

Race 3 - 3-5YO 30000CLM Pace

(2) FINAL CHEESERECIPE drew inside here for the first time since 9-23 and did have some pace in the final quarter in his one try in this class on Halloween. He also starts out of a new barn for the first time. (4) LOUS THE ATTITUDE saw his win streak at this level end two weeks ago but gets reunited with Bartlett and moves inside a couple of notches on the gate. (1) TWO FACED tallied against 3-5YO $30,000 claimers back on the 24th of October and debuts for new connections off a claim. He also gets Gingras at the controls from a significantly better post.

Race 4 - NW of 2 but not more than 4 PM Races or 75690LT Trot

(6) TEQUINI HANOVER has raced well in both outings since the trotting hobbles went on, and she returns to Yonkers tonight after finishing second against NW5's at Harrah's Philadelphia most recently. (2) LUCKY MUM N is two-for-two in the U.S. but hasn't been seen since 10-23. I'll take a swing against her tonight based on that factor, but I respect her chances. (5) STORMCLOUDFASHION just missed in this class two weeks ago and was Jordan Stratton's choice in this event over one he won with a week ago.

Race 5 - NW of 2 but not more than 4 PM Races or 60000LT Pace

(1) SHOWBOAT HANOVER makes her third start for these connections tonight and held on well to finish third despite having to do the first-over work two weeks ago. She moves inside to the pole and hopefully that will result in an easier trip. (8) PASS AND STOW won over my top pick in that race on 11-6. She moves all the way out to post eight this time but gets Bartlett in the bike and trainer Andrew Harris's barn has been hot. (3) MYBITCOIN shows just the one victory in this class on 10-9 but has been sharp overall and gets a bit of post relief.

Race 6 - NW of 2 but not more than 4 PM Races or 60000LT / NW1 or 15000LT Draw Inside Trot

(7) BARN CREDIT catches a wide-open group here and shows a couple of seconds against NW3's and NW4's in Pennsylvania recently. I also like that he gets a chance to team up with Gingras. (4) FOREVER A LION AS is the only horse in here who shows a win in this class, but he also hasn't done much since then. I could see him being favored in this race, and I'll swing against. (3) ELEGANT RESOLVE moves back inside on the gate this week but hasn't hit the board yet since joining Pat Lachance's stable. Maybe he can change that tonight.

Race 7 - NW of 2 but not more than 4 PM Races or 60000LT Trot

(5) IM AN ANDOVER gets a barn change and adds a catch driver tonight in his third start back after a layoff. I'll look for improvement based on that and give him top call. (1) JEANNIE'S ACTION starts from post one and finished a pretty good second to a well-meant favorite in this class a week ago. She also gets to team up with Bartlett again. (6) ALEXANDER owns a win and a third in his last two outings for Lachance and could add some value underneath.

Race 8 - 40000CLM Pace

(6) OZONE BLUE CHIP keeps making up ground in the last quarter but hasn't been able to get to the winner's circle since early September. He does add Gingras in the bike this time, and perhaps that will get him over the hump. (5) TUFFENUFTOWEARPINK was victorious at this level on September 30 and was a close third in a $40,000 claiming event a couple of weeks ago. (2) CENTURY ENDEAVOR found his form with a pair of seconds against NW7500L5's and turned that into a victory at this level a week ago. He drew well again and I will include.

Race 9 - 20000CLM Pace

(2) NOWHERE CREEK A drops and moves inside on the gate as he returns from Pocono. He shows a win against $30,000 claimers as recently as mid-September and gets Jordan Stratton in the bike for the first time in a bit. (1) CONTACT ZONE raced poorly in one try at Yonkers on 10-23 but has been performing well other than that recently and comes north off a victory at Harrah's Philadelphia. (6) RECORD YEAR found the waters of the $25,000 claiming class a bit deep but was sharp against $20,000 claiming company prior to that.

Race 10 - F&M 20000CLM Pace

Normally when Bartlett opts off a Per Engblom horse it's cause for concern, but given Gingras picked up the call on (5) DANDY'S SHOWTIME, I have to think she's still usable. She has won in this class before, too. (4) BEANTOWN BABE is the one Bartlett went to as she drops a level off a gaining third on 11-6. (2) PLEASURE SEEKER has hit the board in two straight at this level and landed another inside post.
