Race 1 - NW4/50000LT Trot
(2) FIREINSIDEMYVEINS comes south from Canada off a second-place finish in an Ontario Sires Stakes Gold Series race at Western Fair, which is also a half-mile track. He won at Woodbine Mohawk Park with an impressive final quarter prior to that, so I like his form and that he's now with Travis Alexander. (3) CRESCENT BEAUTY is now two-for-two with trainer Lance Hudson after two romping victories. She moves up from the NW2 level, but I think she can handle that. (5) CASTLE HOUSE took back advantage of returning to overnight competition with a triumph over NW4's last Wednesday and is back at the same level tonight.

Race 2 - 30000CLM Pace
(5) KEYSTONE PHOENIX tumbles in class out of the $50,000 claimers here, and while that's sometimes a red flag, it's a move trainer Gareth Dowse normally does well with. (7) SULLIVAN had the one poor effort on 9-3 but has been racing well other than that and has shown the ability to both leave and race from off-the-pace. (1) PICARD A switches back to claiming company after a win and a second over NW5000L5's and NW7500L5's. Matt Kakaley has had a lot of success with this horse and has the call here.

Race 3 - F&M NW6/75000LT / NW4/50000LT Drawn Inside Pace
(2) LOVE THAT SMILE moves inside on the gate here in her third start for Jenn Bongiorno and picks up Joe Bongiorno in the bike for the first time. (1) WAITFOREVER N handled NW6 company a week ago and now has two straight victories. Her cause is helped by drawing well again. (3) COMMANDER CATHY N is still winless in the U.S. but often finds her way onto the ticket like she did last Wednesday. I'll include.
Race 4 - NW4/50000LT Trot
(3) LIVINGONTHERAIL returns after one start at Harrah's Philadelphia. He gained ground in the back-half of his mile that day and catches a pretty wide-open group here for George Brennan and Ron Burke. (1) NICE GUY EDDIE rallied to defeat NW2 company on 9-29 and starts from the pole tonight. (4) BACKSTREET PLAYER has missed the board just once in his last five trips behind the gate and is certainly usable.
Race 5 - 25000CLM Pace
(4) CLASSIFIEDMATERIAL didn't have a great trip in his first try out of the Scott Di Domenico barn a week ago as he was first-up for a long ways. He did hang around to finish fourth despite the rough journey, so I'll give him another chance tonight. (3) ODDS ON DELRAY got picked off in the stretch in his last attempt but moves inside on the gate here and owns a recent victory over $30,000 claiming company. (1) MISTER SPOT A comes in on a two-race win streak and is now with trainer Paul Blumenfeld after a claim. That stable has been sending out some live horses lately, and he was Brent Holland's choice.
Race 6 - NW2/25000LT Trot
(2) WALK WITH ME has come up just short in both of her tries since coming east from Indiana but owns more career wins than the rest of this field does combined. (1) JULA SILVER STATE turned in an improved effort on 9-29, finishing third to Nice Guy Eddie. If that horse does well against NW4's in race four, you may want to up this 3-year-old's chances. (3) CANTSTOP YANKEE has hit the board against NW2's a couple of times in his lines and has a driver switch to Jordan Stratton.
Race 7 - F&M NW2/25000LT Pace
(3) HUNTRESS cruised to an easy win in her local debut a week ago, and if anything I'd expect her to be stronger tonight since she's back on a regular weekly schedule and gets to meet up with NW2's again. (2) ADDISON SEELSTER has a third and two seconds in her last three outings. She's just one-for-20 lifetime in the win column, but is one to use underneath. (5) BROOKLYN BLUES got a start over the track last Wednesday and now gives it a second try for trainer Virgil Morgan Jr. She was second at The Red Mile on 9-19 in a good performance.

Race 8 - NW6/75000LT Trot
(4) VALI HANOVER gained spots and ground in the last quarter a week ago and has been hampered by post seven in his last two attempts here. Tonight he drew better and should offer some value. (2) VELVET STYLE was a solid second from post eight on 9-29, and that was the second straight time he'd had the eight-hole. He gets significant post relief here and is probably the one to beat. (8) QUINCY MARKET is stuck outside on the gate tonight but did finish third against NW6 comapny a week ago and could offer a good price he otherwise wouldn't given the tough starting spot.
Race 9 - F&M NW4/50000LT Pace
(2) FOX VALLEY CACHET keeps putting in solid efforts and gets away from some tough foes she's been facing lately for a bit more wide-open company here. I'll swing. (5) PREMIER SWEETALKER looms as a heavy favorite as she finished third in a mixed NW4/NW6 race on 9-27 and gets reunited with Bartlett tonight. (4) WINDY MICKI returns from Pennsylvania tonight. She beat NW2's at Yonkers back on August 23 and trainer Nifty Norman is having an excellent meet.
