Yonkers: Analysis for Tuesday 9/29

MEET STATS: 157 - 464 / $818.70 (-$109.30)
BEST BETS: 25 - 44 / $78.60 (-$9.40)
Best Bet: INTEROVER (2nd)
Spot Play: SIR JOHN F (6th)
Race 1: NW2 races or $25,000 lifetime Pace
(4) LADY LIMELIGHT was a winner here two back and followed that with a nice off-the-pace score at her home base at Saratoga; Bartlett's back driving looking for the hat trick. (1) SUMMER RAE was a fringe NYSS player this summer and the 2-year-old figures to be a big factor here. (6) LUCK B MINE has taken four straight upstate for Beckwith and she ships down here to face better, but also race for three times the money.
Race 2: NW5000 in last 5 starts Trot
(5) INTEROVER gave it a shot from post eight last week versus better; expect Siegelman to blast to the front and try to take these the distance. (1) BLUE AND BOLD may have been rolling right by last start when he broke (and I screamed so loud they heard me in the next county); can he stay trotting?
(4) PETER'S EXPRESS can add some value to the bottom of the ticket.
Race 3: NW4 races or $50,000 lifetime Pace
(1) TURNTHRFROWNAROUND has raced pretty well in NY-bred events this season for Chris Ryder, and she does already have a Yonkers win to her credit; filly gets top billing from the best post. (4) WIGGLE DELIGHT was second best to a well-rated winner last week and Bartlett will have her on the move early again. (2) ACEFORTYFOUR DOME hit town from Ontario and wired easier from the eight hole; we'll see if she's talented enough to beat these.
Race 4: NW5000 in last 5 starts Trot
(3) PHOTO BOMBER has been facing better recently out of town and he has two local wins this season; gelding should appreciate the class relief. (4) DIRTY SECRET got around safely last week needing a clean line and the mare could have more to offer tonight. (6) VALLORIA N has been underachieving for Tritton but he does get Stratton back in the bike tonight.
Race 5: F&M NW5000 in last 5 starts Pace
(5) THE LADY SHERIFF comes off a rather poor performance where she came uncovered into a rated back and backed up quickly; she shows an effort three back at Philly that would be good enough to beat these. (3) LOVERS COVE raced okay in her local return and Bartlett drives again; Blackler trainee is the likely favorite here. (4) ROSELILY lost each of her last four by double-digit lengths all at big odds which is indicative of the competition she was facing; perhaps the DiDomenico trainee will go well from this spot.
Race 6: NW7500 in last 5 starts Trot
(3) SIR JOHN F returns locally off a nice win at Pocono and the Garcia-Herrera trainee has proven to be a good fit with this type in the past. (8) XCUSEME made a big recovery after an early break last week; Bartlett is catch-driving again but they have to overcome the eight hole. (5) BOOTS N CHAINS hit town and pulled off a 45/1 shocker; he faces a bit better but could be sharp enough to repeat.
Race 7: NW4 races or $50,000 lifetime Pace
(4) ANNE BONNEY N hit town recently and jogged on the front end at 1/5 odds after walking to the half unpressured; she probably has more to offer and obviously is capable of repeating. (2) EYE POPPING was also a nice winner last out; good matchup here. (6) SO NICE HANOVER and (5) PRECIOUS ALEXIS both have talent but may be at a tactical disadvantage.
Race 8: NW10000 in last 5 starts Trot
(4) LADY EAGLE was used hard early and was run over late in a slow last quarter but overall she's been looking much better and should be a decent price. (3) CASINO CUTIE IT returns locally off a win at Philly and the mare fits well with this type. (5) CLARION HALL regained his stride up at Tioga and the trotter loves to win.
Race 9: F&M NW5000 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) LA ALWAYS AMARTINI returns from Canada for Auciello and she's got plenty of local experience; Bartlett drives from a good inside post looking to pick up that long-awaited first seasonal victory. (3) SALLY FLETCHER A has loads of back class and the veteran looms the one to beat. (4) VINTAGE BABE has shown nothing in her last few versus better but was a winner when last at this NW5000 level.
