Race 1: F&M $30,000 Claiming Pace
(4) MAYBEMABEL takes an important drop in class from the $50K claimers, where she had been competitive in recent weeks, and was an easy winner when last facing this type. (2) ULTIMATE SPEED was a decent third in her return to this level and she draws well. (5) TH RIZZO has cut the mile in three of her last four and has come up short. Two back she was off the pace and closed well to make it close.

Race 2: 3-5YO Winners of 2-4 races or $60,000 LT Pace
(2) LYONS GUSTAVOFRING hit town from Canada, added Lasix for her new barn and came from nowhere to win at first asking. Faces similar from a better post. (1) SWEET JOEL won comfortably out of the eight hole in his last Yonkers race and has since been in tough in PA stakes action. Returning with the rail gives him a big chance. (3) COOPERSTOWN BOY was 3/1 in the NYSS final but failed to threaten. Bako trainee is back in quick order and is likely the one to catch.
Race 3: 3-5YO NW2 races or $38,305 LT Pace
(2) WINNINGMACHINE was in tough last start but drops back to the straight NW2 where he was a good second two back from a tough post. (4) ISCAH HANOVER ships from Philly going for three straight. (7) MY PERFECT BLUE arrives from Ocean Downs debuting for live connections. 3YO must be considered.
Race 4: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace
(4) OVER ICE has solid speed at both ends last week to collar the favorite and overall she's been a model of consistency in this class. (1) AVF CLAIRE was the one who was beaten by the top choice and she gets another crack from the rail. (2) SPIRIT OF PEARL A was a respectable third in her debut at this level and that's an achievement considering she was claimed for only $20K five starts back by the Stratton barn.
Race 5: NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace
(8) PINNY TIGER A has the tough task of overcoming the eight hole but he's clearly sharpest of this group and does have the early speed to get into play. Good luck! (1) OPTICAL ILLUSION N is just 1 for 24 on the season but drops back to the level of his good second-place effort two back and looms large from the rail. (5) WATTSUP SUNSHINE A does step up a notch off recent losses but he draws an improved post and should be a healthy price to consider.
Race 6: $60,000-$75,000 Claiming Handicap Pace
(3) BOSTON BOUND has raced well without a victory to show for it so far off the claim by these connections and he may just be a smooth trip away; 6/1 ML. (4) REGAL IDEA takes an ambitious step up off the claim and this will now be the third barn in as many starts since arriving from Ohio. Goes for four straight overall. (1) IKNOWBETTER was very sharp finishing second in his last two races and he lands the best post here in his return to this class.
Race 7: F&M $20,000 Claiming Pace
(3) TWO BEAN DREAM recently added Lasix and won from a similar spot two back before going nowhere from the eight hole last start. Alexander trainee also returns to Kakaley. (2) MILAGRO debuts for Adamczyk via claim and she too was a winner at this level two back. (1) GINGER TREE LIZ stopped on the lead when up in class last out but should be able to carry her speed a long way tonight.
Race 8: NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace
(5) MAC'S MARVEL needs a trip but this isn't the strongest field for this class and the Lachance trainee has proven to fit well with these. At 15/1 ML with shaky favorites I'll give him a look. (1) ARODA N figures to be live from the rail for the Shane Tritton barn. (2) RAGNAR LOTHBROK N gets major post relief after being lost from the eight hole last week.

Race 9: NW10911 in last 5 starts Pace
(3) JOHNNY LINCOLN N put it all together in his fourth North American start with that blowout win up at Plainridge and he draws reasonably enough here to work out a winning trip. (4) IN EXCESS N hasn't been far off in all recent starts. (2) FEARLESS PARTNERS is a talented 3YO from the Noel Daley barn who most recently finished third in the NYSS final and looks ready to enter the "aged" overnight wars.
Race 10: NW5000 in last 5 starts Pace
(4) HAMMERING HANK makes his way to the lowest conditioned level after finishing a solid second versus better. I can envision him blowing out this field. (3) SOHO SKYFALL A returns off a win at Tioga and his last two Yonkers races are complete tosses as he had the eight hole against $40K claimers in both. He looks like a player. (7) SILKY CHOICE has found life tough as a 4YO after a solid sophomore season but he's looked better recently.
